Temporal Compensators: Keep. Revives are important for endgame content.
Regeneration Substrates: You can sell if you want. Once you get God you'll get God's Healing and even though two different sources of healing cooldowns are nice, it isn't that important.
Golden Spheres: Keep. Gaining authority (which gives you bonus stats) is a slow and tedious process and these will speed things up by 12 days. If they sold for full value they might be worth selling, but at 54k for all three it's not worth it.

The rewards you get for completing individual tasks for a region never reset (after the first time they will always be Threads/Spark Replicators/Sparks of Transformation/etc). Your progress in a region will also never reset, so you don't have to do the region in one week. So you can only do "just the missions with Replicator rewards" once before having to do the rest of them.
IIRC the end reward that you get for completing a color-coded quest line doesn't need to reset (as long as you have caps remaining they'll give you the appropriate spark reward), but I could be wrong about that.
To my knowledge the only region-related thing that resets each week is the Spark Replicator reward you get for participating in a God Boss kill.

I haven't told anyone to switch servers. The writing is on the wall pretty clearly: even when the open beta was new and fresh the EU pantheons couldn't sustain themselves, and neither could the overflow clans on NA when Warbros ran into size issues with recruitment.
Whoever told you to switch to NA did it because there's literally no other choice for a /vg/ pantheon; remember how there were 5 at one point? It takes a stupid amount of resources to make a pantheon that people will stick with at higher levels because so much content is pantheon-gated. Unless you're willing to drop thousands of dollars to speed up the building of structures, you literally cannot compete with other pantheons that are established. It's a gay system, but that's what it is.
Aside from all that, calm your fucking tits you sperg. In short-to-medium fights, gunner wins out. In longer fights, cryo wins out due to the long recharge on gunner's resource.

My temples are all level 12 at the moment (first province has 100% influence atm, second one soon to follow). My ritual ornament is currently rank 9 and my vectors are 2/1/1 respectively.
Should I keep working on my temples or just dump my credits into ritual ornament?

Temples give the best prestige-per-credit value.
Without influence, they give about 1 prestige per 0.8 Holy Text (or about 1 prestige per 740 Credits, valuing Holy Text at their sell cost). With influence that drops it down to about 600 credits per prestige. Not only that, but they give Health Bonuses which is power which doesn't count towards the Prestige (and so works well with scaling content).
Upgrading a Vector from Rank 1 to Rank 2 costs 90k and gives 80 Prestige, 1125 Credit per prestige, and while this might be decent since you can get more prestige on the stat you want (Luck/Strength/Spirit/Valor), I'm sure it becomes worse and worse as you go on and you don't get any power that isn't counted with Prestige. So in short it's not really worth it to upgrade the Vectors unless you're a whale.
Upgrading nodes with Ether Cores that you pick up or get from a quest is always worth it. Upgrading with the Improved Ether Cores that you buy from the shop is probably never worth it (unless you're a whale).
Upgrading boosters are extremely credit-inefficient, but they give both Health Bonus AND Might Efficiency, both of which are powers which aren't counted with Prestige, so they're worth upgrading. The question of how much is up to you. Most people I know are focusing getting their temples up to Rank 25 (because that's the last Health Bonus for a long time or perhaps forever) before upgrading Boosters.

As someone's first solo/5-man frame, he's fine. Real easy and doesn't require Paladin symbol. I mean Cryo's better and free, but if you really want to use Kinetic you can.
