He can, and the player likely will, outright learn how to use Holy magic with him, something original Luka never really managed beyond Meditation. So perhaps the state of the world means Luka's, and all humans', bodies are much more adjusted to magical energies of all kinds.

Then you're running into the problem of differing energy sources between fictions. But assuming it did work, sure.
An angel divested of holy energy loses physical form, then reforms later if they weren't straight-up killed with something like Angel Halo. A monster turns into an animal, or in the case of elves or super powerful monsters a loli. A human divested of chakra just straight-up dies, which would probably be a bad shock if you weren't expecting to murder a guy.

I did the math for the fittingly named "Sextuple" Giga that happens at the end of Chapter 3 a while ago and I'm gonna share it here because I'm sure you're all incredibly decent people.
First of all, Quadruple Giga deals about 40,000-50,000 damage. So 45,000 damage. This is enough to OHKO all but four of the enemies in the entire game.
The number is calculated with freaking exponents of all things so normally it's ten to the fourth power, so 10,000, with each zero representing an element. There's no correlation specifically between "damage" and the "power" so we'll have to use a proportion based on 10,000 power being 45,000 damage. Keep in mind, 45,000 damage is literally only 7.5% of Ilias's 600,000 total health. Micaela deals 120,000 damage by herself, to give you an idea how strong her and Tamamo were compared to Luka and Alice.
Alice says the damage of the attack increases exponentially the more elements are added. This is underwhelming with the actual statistic behind it. The power is increased by two after adding Divine and Dark energy, so 1,000,000 power. What this comes out to is Four and a half MILLION damage. 4,500,000 damage, up from 45,000. This is SEVEN AND A HALF TIMES Ilias's total health, and she had like 10% of her total health at the end so it's no wonder she was fucking evaporated at the end.
Luka says he can't even see the bottom of the gash he made in the ground, using his shitty first attempt at it. So this would probably be comparable to a fucking eruption.
Slightly related, the clash of Quadruple Gigas that Luka and the Doppel have are just added onto each other, so around 90,000 damage.
