Braton Prime is pretty underrated. Not the best but It can get the work done. Go for Tonkor if you like memes, Soma or Boltor Prime if you want to be an mlg pro.

Yes, but make sure you cast 2 AFTER you fire, not before. Navigator snapshots your projectile momentum, and for some reason Tonkor rounds have very low momentum at the very moment of fire. Casting it while the projectile is arcing will give you a good neutral speed to Navigate from.
A power strength of about 160% gives you an 8x multiplier. Keep in mind that power strength also increases the speed at which your multiplier ramps up, as well.

A build for speed, who will be a mix of power str, duration and efficiency to tone down the blind rage.
A build for the shield (pretty underated ability, protects you from all projectiles and increases your damage and crit damage when shooting through which is awesome with a tonkor), so you basically forget all about power str and duration, you go for full duration, efficiency, and you throw some power range in it for situations where shit hits the fan and you need to use your 4 to taze the whole map.

Most Warframes are pretty good at something, though some of them have smaller niches than others. Ideally you'd own every Warframe eventually, but that'll take a lot of plat farming for slots. Some frames that are good at a lot of things include Rhino, Loki, Frost, Nova, and Trinity. They're both great for solo play an team play.
Weapons there are far too many to individually go into which ones are good and which ones aren't. There are a lot of good weapons and a LOT of bad weapons. But even most bad weapons can do everything up to and including Sorties.

First advice is don't bother. Play a few weeks and you'll farm everything just from affinity. Key packs are horrible (just farm Hierecon or something), and you won't get much plat from selling.
Second advice is REALLY don't bother on maps that have open maps with lots of long dead ends. Like Capture.

Lotus colors are always nice. Purple primary, with black in minor areas and gold/yellow highlights. Use a pale blue or teal for energy.

I think its more like growing, in our case when we're building one.
Imagine whatever we're using as the basis for our frames, they are a very feral monster. The only thing it will do with a body is go berserk and kill everything, it only has its self-preservation instinct, and a really strong body. We already know warframes can work independantly from: Your warframe breaking War, Rhino-prime codex and Chroma.
As for the cloning part actually it does copy knowledge and reflexes, if it's based on the same tech as the grineer, and considering the grineer where cloned slave labor for the orokin that is very likely. It's more like a 3d printer than what we think of as cloning, it makes a fully functional version of who ever it clones.

really you can build the hikou however you want, the only real mandatory parts are fire rate+split chamber+concealed explosive+ammo mutation+toxin procs for higher level enemies.
I like it because sometimes I have an eximus who survived the intial spore gasm and everything within 40meters is dead, while I don't wanna have to switch weapon.

That's only on direct hit. The Concealed Explosives AoE will not deal any procs (other than perhaps Blast). Building Hikou for status is pretty pointless.

press 1 at enemy if they're in vision
press 2 and then 1 it until it runs out if no enemies are in vision.
also have some trigger control with your hikou spam, most DEAC dies within nano seconds so no reason to waste the whole clip just because of flight time.
The 4 is really just an 'Oh shit button' since hikou+1 handles almost everything. But it's a short CC, some nice damage if everythings spored and toxined (and everything should be spored and toxined)
