There are two grails. One is the Greater Grail, which is the thing that's supposed to grant wishes and get the Grailbowl going. The other is the Lesser Grail, which is basically meant to aggregate the energy from fallen Servants and transfer the energy to the Greater Grail, which would then use the energy to grant whatever wish the last remaining participant of the war asked it to. If you have Caesar, focus on him. He has a pretty decent attack stat compared to the other event Servants. You only need 12 Saber pieces and 15 Hero's Proof to ascend him and reach lvl50.

Relatively but even a C rank Noble Phantasm is enough raw power to decimate a Servant if not guarded against. And Archer can throw hundreds of C rank and higher NPs at you in a matter of seconds. I'm not arguing what Nasu said on the matter it just doesn't make any sense to me how it's as weak as he claims.

Not really, Shirou mantained UBW for a few minutes or at least 1 minute by having Rin's mana and she was also supporting Saber. He also hadn't perfected UBW at all, in fact it was his first time using it and his circuits are way worse than Archer's.
Archer should be able to keep it up for a longer time than Shirou because of that, it's just logical. After you cast UBW the only cost is mantaining the RM, the projections are free.
Now i'm not talking about he keeping it up for an hour but he should be able to keep it up much longer than Shirou does.

UBW would be a huge boon against Berserker. Spamming the A rank NPs he has access to would be the easiest way to get past God Hand. He would have a much harder time than Gil did because of his refusal to target Illya but his reality marble gives him the highest chance of any Servant in the 5th War besides Gil of single-handedly defeating Berserker

Novel isn't talking about skill though. It probably wasn't power either but he was indeed called "unrivalled perfect knight" quite a few times.
Arondight entry also says he was the "strongest", although this most likely means in overall power, not meaning he was the best in all aspects. Gawain was said to be his equal after all.

Maybe if they have EAM and that era is confirmed to be better at close combat. There is no way to known for sure unless they are explicitly stated to be better. Regardless, he is one of the most skilled by far right now, definitely among the top 3.
