Tree of Savior is a new action MMORPG with a lot of classes and cute hats. IMC Games have shown an interest in an international release, and has begun testing the game in various other languages, including English and Japanese, even whilst the Korean version is still in testing. The game is currently in the beta phase, with the Korean Open Beta beginning soon.

Since if there is no limit, people will just upgrade till infinity and people will get +infinity of damage given enough money. And that will be obviously pay to win.
With an upper limit, it only serves as a guarantee and silver saver to reach +40. Since if don't need to keep buying the rare equipment when it reaches 0 potential.

Another set of complaints (which is a very good point) about the decision to remove trading.
The game clearly has an emphasis on party play and class combinations, however the trade removal means that solo farming will be more of a focus because you won't be able to trade items that drop with your party members.

Also, you and >>125138872 got it wrong. What Circling does is reduce all the enemies' AoE Defense Ratio within the area by 1 per skill level. Basically, you can get a huge mob of monsters and hit them all with Multi-Shot as if it were an AoE skill, or pretty much any other AoE skill of your preference.

That falconer doesn't doing any damage against standing character, with 1m++ cooldown. It's like, "oh wait mate don't kill me yet, i want to try some skill please ^_^"

Nah I did not get it wrong.
Archers start with 0 AOE attack ratio.
The game calculates the hitting by always hitting something first then subtracting the aoe defense of that one from your aoe attack ratio. If your aoe attack is still >0 then it will search for another target.
Ex.
Starting Aoe attack = 0
Equipped vubbe glove = 2
Aoe defense of each enemy in a clump = 1
0+2 = 2
2-1 = 1 (keep searching)
1-1 = 0 (stop searching)
So you only one of those enemies
With Circling it reduces aoe defense ratio to = 0
0+2 = 2
2-0 = 2 (keep searching)
2-0 = 2 (keep searching)
etc...
With Circling lvl 5 reducing up to 5 aoe defense ratio that means even large enemies with AOE defense ratio of 3 will be completely splashable in that clump.
Note: There are enemies with higher aoe defense ratios
Unless I am horribly mistaken and aoe defense can go negative and actually add up via double negativity to increase the archer's 0 aoe attack ratio to allow for continuous attack.
Ex.
Starting Aoe attack = 0
No aoe attack increasing equipment
Aoe defense of each enemy in a clump = 1
With Circling lvl 3 = - 3 enemy aoe defense ratio
0+0 = 0
0-(1-3) = 2 (keep searching)
2-(1-3) = 4 (stop searching)
etc...

That was just a clear skill demonstration. I've dueled quite a few times with my Falconer. It is very practical in battle.
In particular, it's a Tank destroyer. Getting knocked down cancels their ability to C block. I fought some full CON Peltastasta and they couldn't do anything while knocked down.
Pheasant, by the way, can also knockdown enemies. The Falconer kit is very effective.
And about Circling, why are you even making that argument? That usefulness of Circling is more than obviously displayed in this footage. You can hit an UNLIMITED amount of enemies, so long as all of them have 0 Defense ratio.
Imagine it's usefulness in team PvP/GvG, too. Every single AoE from your team hitting every single person from the enemy team. Having Falconers in the guild will be meta as fuck.

Not Oblique because it's an auto-targetting skill that's limited to 2 hits only.

The sentence states that a falconer that went Archer 3 AND gets(or equips) something with at least +1 aoe attack ratio gear becomes a monster aoer during circling.
