Cu would be broken if anything above 3*. Battle Continuation and Disengage are one thing but "Protection against Arrows" is so hilariously unbalanced it's outright funny.
1. You get 3 dodges, they never expire until depleted so if you only got hit once in a turn you'll still have 2 dodges left the next turn and so on.
2. It also gives you a def-up for 3 turn incase you get attacked 3 times within 3 turns.
3. It has 7 turn cooldown at rank one and can be reduced to 5 turns if you max the skill. For comparison Mind's Eye has 8 turn cooldown at rank 1.
4. Cu's NP is really good, both as a single-target nuke or as an opener as it deals def-down debuff and since he's a 3* maxing it is easy enough for additional damage.
5. Cu's ATK is high for a 3* and lancers have 1.05x modifier.
Cu is simply great, the fact that every new lancer introduced is compared and benchmarked against Fate/Cu says it all.

Not just Lancelot and Hercules, but also Arjuna, Karna, Gilgamesh, Gawain, Ozzy and proto-Arthur. The only thing I see people talk about with these characters is how strong they are.
