That's actually a pretty cool concept for a mage murloc card. It has both the murloc theme (buff ALL murlocs on the field) while still having mage flavor (spell damage).

I think the cost and stats are just right since the drawback is having a board at all. Plus, you get 6 Spall Damage, max. That's quite difficult to achieve as aggro.

Murloc decks are pretty fucking good at flooding the board though and just getting +3 or +4 spell damage is absolutely insane. That deck could run cheap AoE like arcane explosion and nothing would be able to contest the murlocs on board.

Not him, but: Hearthstone cards are not a real virtual good (like, for example, Magic cards are) because they cannot be sold, given or transferred to other players in any way. Their intrinsic value is extremely low. Add to that the fact that due to the way the probabilities work, you need to buy a stupidly huge number of packs to get a full set of cards (many hundreds if not thousands, for each expansion), and it boils down to paying a dollar for a pack being only slightly less frugal than just burning the dollar.
