It would have been a really interesting confrontation. The story could be taken from a lot of sides with the Emerald Spears already setting a precedent. Even in their very first appearence they treated robots horribly, and that could be used as a reason as of why King's Army wants to fight to do a robot nation free from humans.Also a case of a never ending cycle of hatred, which is always tragic if done well.

I found Elec Man's dislike of the First Law to be somewhat interesting. Of all of them, he seemed to be the most frustrated when it came to not being able to fight back.

It always seemed like we never had many areas where they were that useful, outside of the minigames that used them.

They were able to bribe anyone who asked questions and according to the government, Stealth Woman doesn't exist but "Mezzo", her civilian identity, does.

So not proud of this art but this is Blossom Woman. I think she was supposed to be a florist or something and her weapon was just a pretty pink rip off of Plant Barrier. I never drew concepts of this but she has different armor she could wear each season based on a different flower. pictured is Spring based on a cherry blossoms, then Summer based on orange tiger lillies, Fall was based on mums and her Winter armor was based on snowdrops.

In the Ariga mangas and some of the canon material like Super Adventure Rockman, many robots could turn their hands into busters and change them back again. These are called hand manipulators. I think the reason robots like Needle, Crash, and Spark can't have hand manipulators is because of the parts they have in place of their hands. They're not able to transform seamlessly because their ammo/drills/conductors get in the way.
It's easy to argue that you could manually switch out their hands but maybe the reason they can't is because their bodies reject those parts? They aren't compatible. It'd be like trying to put a minivan's transmission into a sebring convertible. This is a thing that happens in humans too where their bodies don't work well with the upper limb prosthesis that they get.

Well, based on what the MMHP says about hard mode, it either makes enemies health or their defense greater, and modifies some enemies' (or just bosses'?) attack patterns.
Longer battles with slightly changed attack sequences from enemies, I guess.

Looking too far into it headcanon: Elec Man has a high level of independent thought and will and dislikes impassable limitations on his actions. His dislike of rubber stems from the fact he is unable to have any effect on it even if he wants to. Industrial robots would be expected to be obedient, hence he has an uncooperative nature in response.
This can also be tied to the earlier discussion of the comics with Elec Man being frustrated about not being able to fight the Emerald Spears. It's not that he particularly wants to hurt people; it's the fact that he knows that he wants to fight but he also knows he is completely incapable of doing so.

For one, there isn't much they can do to atone to the specific victims. They were built to serve, so serving doesn't really come of as being sorry, but returning to what they were SUPPOSED to do in the first place.
Another point is that they probably hated doing what they did, and blame themselves enough to think they deserve to suffer. Plenty of humans have that kind of self-destructing personality.
Maybe it's also something to do with not understandings emotions. Things like true hate is beyond them. They understand that it exists, but not how it works and how to fix it, so they just accept the violence that hate creates.

I think Stealth Woman Anon said something about her OC rebelling in subtle ways by going to great lengths to pretend to be human and blend in. That would make an interesting narrative, and it wouldn't be hard for many robot masters to fool people into thinking they are human, given that the emerald spears thought Rock was a human child.
