I don't know the exact odds, but there's only 100 available via the lottery. Considering how many people play the game and the fact that you can enter the lottery multiple times using multiple tickets, those are pretty bad odds.
As for the tickets, you need the blue ones and you get them via the Christmas Party paid gacha. The cheapest one right now that'll get you any blue tickets is 500mc, but the more expensive ones will give you more tickets.
Make sure you're picking the right gacha as well. Some of them don't give you any of the blue tickets.

I have no idea what you're complaining about as far as the Puchi manga goes, though. Akane's artwork and character designs have consistently been very good for years now and whenever a human becomes deformed it's almost always on purpose and done solely for comedic effect.

Score bonus puts a multiplier on the score you get with each note press. Combo bonus puts a multipler on the score increase provided by a combo, which itself increases with the combo.
Basically, if you're confident with FCing, Combo bonus is the way to go.

Honestly, the way I see it, what you and others seem to be describing as "deformed" in ML's case just looks "expressive" and "dynamic" to me. I guess that's one of my complaints with CG when I said it was boring, it's like they're trying so hard to keep it "on model" that all just looks sorta stiff and unemotional to me, for lack of better terms. But then again that also has much to do with the whole "CG cards being more like photoshoots and ML cards being like CRAZY HAPPENINGS" so that makes sense.
Opinions are opinions and that's all that you really gotta say, I'm just still confused by how others see ML's style's traits in a completely bad light when I see them as something that makes them more fun to look at. But whatever, you know?
