she is very good for double croc teams but he is a legend and not that common.
in general I feel like the game is dominated by mihawk/log luffy/rayleigh/gear 3 and rarely do other captains get to shine at all. log luffy is so overpowered that he can clear literally everything in the game so why use anyone else if you have him? of course it doesnt matter much since it is a single player game.
This game is too fucking hard, I got stomped so fucking badly by that Expert Chopper event, it doesn't even seem remotely feasible

I once fed 2.3M XP worth of Pigs/Turtles (8 Elder Turtles, 26 Teen Turtles and 20 Evoled Pigs) to WB during skill up and I ended with 2.5M XP. It was an increase of 266K, if that seems worth it to you, then hoard away.

I think it's because purple teams are harder to assemble and need rare units like robin, towel nami and vista to be comparable to other teams. It makes sense that level would matter less in intellect teams.

You're getting confused, when they first added the characters Global is about to get, the East Blue villains were still very much pullable. They were removed shortly before they released the second batch (Genzo, Hiluluk, Kuina, etc.). Which incidentally contained a couple of pretty decent units, contrary to Bellmere and friends.

Log Usopp is a QCK Striker with a 2-turn delay that starts with a 13-turn cooldown. He's a good switch-in for GPU on compatible teams when you don't specifically need a unit to hit like a limp-wristed tart for stalling purposes.

to figure out if you can do it or not vivi's recovery times 5 has to be over half of your hp.
so go into the training forest with your team and see if vivi heals for over half of your hp (with laboon, if you use pell then it only has to be 30% of your hp)

It's not odd at all that they would remove it, they do this shit literally all the time: announce an event that requires gemming (raid boss, sugofest, etc.) and then when that is done, immediately announce another event that also requires gemming to get more people to buy gems.
