If you're a tanking class and don't have a high enough ilvl to hit hard enough there are a few bosses in 25H Cata that you probably can't pass. Thrones, the alchemist in BWD, etc.
Just swap to a spec with damage and kill all that shit fast enough to bypass that. It doesn't matter if you've literally never played Arms or Fury you'll do enough damage to bypass it unless you're literally in 620 gear.

And I think pretty much anything would get "destroyed so fast" against the entire Horde + Alliance dropping the hammer.
