Rxtools 2.6 user here. When I try to switch to 3.0/nightlies, I delete all old Rxtools files and replace with the new ones, and then when I go to the browser to boot, after a few seconds it freezes, then crashes and it always comes up with the error "System has to be restarted."
Triple checked everything, firmware.bin is in the right place, file structure is exactly how it is in the GBATemp tutorials, but still won't let me use newer RxTools.
When I replace everything with 2.6 again and boot that, it works fine.
Quite frankly, I'm baffled and out of ideas. Is there some crucial step I'm missing or am I just fucking retarded?

I know the file structure is changed, added firmware.bin to RXTools/sys and read all the attatched PDFs. Still will crash when trying to boot with browser. I have tried the alpha 3.0, the latest, super unstable nightly, and of course the tried and true Oct 2 build as well.
I've updated to 5.5, so far so good. I don't feel any pain or fever, will report back at a more advanced state.

What you should do is turn your wifi off, try going to the rxtools launch URL and then press home when you get the popup saying your wifi is off.
Turn the wifi back on and now every time you open the browser it automatically runs rxTools.

Is it possible to transfer a save made by Etrian Odyssey 2U that was made on the SD card without being able to run CFW or Gateway on the 3DS itself? I want to transfer the saved game from an updated N3DS to my CFW O3DS. Don't have the game cart anymore.

Yeah but I have no legitimate way of knowing how long that will be, or even what the state of that exploit is right now. There's a big difference between having a working entry point and having actual useful hacks I can do with it, and as far as I know it could be months before anything useful is made even after the exploit is made public before I can do what I want with it, and months between now and then. If I can go out of pocket $20-40 (after selling my own Wii U) to save myself 4-6 months of waiting isn't that a fair enough deal?
