I feel Thousand Watchers isn't as useful on Beth CM, but that's probably because I steamroll over them with Cynthia. Sammy gives me more trouble because of her DR and high base reflex.

Lia - Nera - Bell is a pretty viscous midline for rainbow teams. Lia slows the enemy down guaranteeing Nera goes first, and bell buffs Nera's attack to let her OHKO most CM if they start with the ball. Otherwise nera passed to Bell and the flank takes 3k damage.
There is a video of this on youtube and his Nera just devours SSS metatron or Jury CM every time.
Otherwise Nera's teamwide buff is wasted on rainbow, but just speed buffering herself and kiki/Miho is helpful if those are the only WW you have.

Most definitely needs superbs, just like any other CM.
She has one of the highest natural ability stats in the game (which determines steal damage) so she hits far harder than people expect when the enemy is holding the ball. The assist AI hurts her if she is woudned though and she goes more passive.
She has a high natural speed (low 90s after self buff) and can hit 3k reflex if you put her in a reflex line, or you can go half reflex/half steal. Her reflex is the only thing keeping her alive after the opening moves of the match.
She doesn't need pass stones at CM, but they can help if she steals from the enemy CM in the opening move of the match. She will then active pass to your striker and fill their action bar for an active shot. That free shot on net 6 seconds into the match is very nice.
tl;dr
Yes you need superbs to see any benefit. And +120 while you are at it. This is true for every CM as it is a very important position.

On my Beatrice line I had to give him a speed stone in order to keep up with her, but compared to most defenders he is a lot faster. Obviously Beth active will fuck him up but that is action bar fuckery and it kills a lot of frontliners.

Got Luka two weeks ago, seen one dupe since, didn't have enough GP.
Honestly I've seen a lot of dupes that I could take, like 3 Kiki's total now including the one I scouted. But everytime, I'm low on GP or still need something. Looking forward to having a complete team soon and being able to scout dupes at my pleasure.
