I did all the routes before true route, best way imo, because you get to see the reactions of the other characters and maintain a sense of mystery throughout the game. To give you an idea of how I rank the importance of other routes I'd say:
Rinne > Rika > Sensei
But if you like a character more you can do the other routes however you prefer.

How do I get to Euphoria's true end? I did Nemu's route, which unlocked Kanae's route, but after I woke up and rejected Kanae's help after seeing how Rinne really is, The game lets me either say that I love Kanae, which goes on a permanent loop, and a "this isn't right", which just ends the game with Keisuke falling for it.
Was there something I missed?
