In case there's anyone using Switch Axe, once you unlock the last 2 Hunting Arts you can use Demon Sword mode and then refill your gauge with Energy Charge to keep Demon Sword mode indefinitely. Energy Charge takes like 10 swings to refill so you can easily keep it going even with minimal contact.
Obviously, this only works on Guild/Striker style.

If you're in 3 star village you should have all 3 of every weapons' hunting arts. Go talk to the dude at the bottom right of Beruna and he'll show you which ones you can use with your equipped weapon. The three with the "I" at the end are your specific weapon's arts.
I used this to remind myself which is which, but there's probably something better out there now.

Each of the 4 styles only allow a certain number of Hunting Art slots.
2 for Guild, 1 for Bushido/Aerial, and 3 for Striker.
There's no way to increase the amount of slots.

A JP 3DS will work. However, you might as well look for a 3DS on 9.2 or below at that point.

No.
Sky3DS is incapable of running MHX due to new security functions, which it cannot support and will not support without a new revision of their cartridge.
Gateway only works on 9.2 or below, and free "CFW" does most of the things it can do, so why buy one when you can get the same thing, but free?

The WARNING system was for monsters that invaded at the END of quests in P3rd.
You beat the quest, and then there's a random chance there would be an invading monster that comes and you had the option to fight them or not.
In MHX, when I met Tama, it was BEFORE I even found Bulldrome. You basically meet Tama in Area 5 (the same exact area you get invaded by Zinogre in P3rd) and you get a small cinematic featuring Tama. Instead of Tama's name, you get "???" in the screen.

Started playing MH4U again after a few months of not.
Is there any reason why half the weapons have a locked element or status, yet you can't get Free Element or Arcana until the very end of HR and on some extremely specific armors? The amount of locks compared to the amount of free element armors seems extremely disproportionate, especially when it means half the weapons in the game are unusable.
Is there something I'm missing? Is Arcana + 10 extremely easy to find on later Talismans or something?
