I had a smooth time through the DLC, but Defiled Amy and Paarl 2 fucked m up the ass an hour each before I got past them.
I eventually learned to constantly hit Amy's left hand to eventually beat her and just prayed I actually hit Paarl's legs instead of swinging wildly then finished him off with a cannon when he reached both rage mode and full charge.
Still have Pthumeru and Isz left to do, I am not looking forward to Ebrietas.

kos parasite has an attack multiplier of like 2.0. the listed AR is literally the AR of the human form punch. the tentacle attacks do way more damage than the AR would indicate
because of this, +flat gems give half their expected value on parasite, because flats don't take attack multipliers. your AR will go up, but your damage will go down
the L2 is an exception because it is multi-hit, like logwheel

You know this shit has never been accidental, From intentionally puts in glitches like duplication and transfer, etc...
God they really buffed arcane damage.
I remember the times when i could hit the host with like 4-5 rays only dealing 600 damage.

bloodletter is the only one of those three that's any good
rakuyo is shit and moonblade is ludwig's with less damage, with some of it being arcane

whirligig pizza cutter is the best weapon in the DLC and is definitely overpowered in PvE. S strength scaling
amygdala arm is strictly STR (can't be made arcane) and is basically a 1h great club that transforms into the fucking soul edge. it's really strong in pvp and i think the main reason no one's talking about it is that it's 50 str only
boomhammer sucks, though. all these can be found in the first area

gatling gun is actually unbelievably good, people haven't caught on yet. the gatling gun + amygdala combo is totally lethal in pvp, very very scary
