A simple "Well that sucks, better luck next time if you want to risk it" would be a far better prize, especially when the whale isn't even complaining or acting entitled. I would like to say that yesterday's anime stream was a huge success and went over well.
While I wait for stamina today, I think this is the beginning of something good.

The game is well taken care of.

They are exactly the same as the other classes. There are captains that boost one of the original four classes and captains that boost one of the four new classes. If you're using a captain that boosts class X and your character has class X either as his primary or secondary class, they are boosted.
It's just to add variation to the game.

Croc is knowledge cpt as well, though he is similar to WB you need low HP to be effective(3.25 max). Sabo is 6* freedom cpt that works on full HP (2.75)

There are four types of ranking so far:
>number of hits above a threshold (eg Cobymeppo)
>damage in one turn (eg Franky)
>cumulative damage in the whole fortnight (eg Carue)
>minimize cost and maximize clearing speed (eg Kraken)
Difficulty depends on your captains and subs. If you have G3 and some decent booster subs, the first 3 types are generally really easy.
I particularly dislike the fourth type since you don't really have a clear idea if you're doing things correctly until you see the score at the end of the fortnight, and it's not really easy to plan a team for them, since it's pretty much a mystery how the game calculates the final score. It's great for people with meh subs tough.

I play Japan, but not too seriously. My main account is on Global, and I spend most of my time there.
The Colosseum is basically a series of challenges that are only available for certain period of times.
There are three levels of difficulty, Exhibition, Underground and Chaos, with Exhibition being the easiest one and Chaos being the hardest.
On each level you can pick a character (the best characters are generally only available on Chaos). Once you pick a character, the game presents you with a screen where you can select 5 battles. Initially only the first battle is available, you can unlock the others by completing them sequentially. The character you picked initially only appears on the 5th battle, the hardest one, and they have a small chance of dropping (not story mode small but small). On the other 4 challenges there are some sort of mid-bosses (well known characters like Tashigi, Ryuma, etc.) that do not drop.
The first two levels (Exhibiton and Underground) are generally not THAT hard, but the last boss of the last level of Chaos is basically a pseudo-raid boss in terms of difficulty.

I started a week ago and nothing seems possible. It took me ages to get past the last chapter of Loguetown, and I can't even come close to finishing to the very first chapter of Twin Cape. The events are insane, too. I can only do Novice and Veteran difficulty, and even then Veteran Franky obliterates me if those stupid sexy twins show up. I had enough gems for seven pulls on that "Sugo" thing and I'm pretty sure I got fucked pretty bad. Can you only be successful in this game if you whale or cheese by restarting constantly (which I didn't do so I have nothing good at all)?

Impact Usopp is a good pull, Rakuyo and Capone are decent. Helmeppo, Chooper, and Luffy are shitty pull,s though you can able to evolve Chopper into something somewhat useful (either his Green or Purple evolution). IDK if Log Brook is good or not.
The secret to doing well is getting good units, and the way to getting good units is to play for decent period of time. Not necessarily a large number of hours put in, but just playing frequently and getting the useful units from the rotating events. It's fine if you can't clear fortnights on higher difficulties, those are for later when you need more efficient XP gains and to level up unit skills. Right now, you still need to get useful units, which you can do even on the lower difficulties. If you can get Franky, he's a decent PSY captain with a handy ability.

Focus on evolving Zoro to his Asura form, it's a very good captain early on, and remains decent basically forever. With the dex units you have + a green crab, that should give you a decent, tanky team. Don't bother evolving Chopper to Guard Point, since you have Smoker who is straight-up better at doing the same thing.

Urouge books have incredibly low drop rate with Kuma and the isle units are shit, Franky himself is the only worthwhile thing from his fortnight and has a high skill lv. to max, and pretty much all of the Skypeia units are pretty shitty.
Best option is to just farm the story chars you want, go to franky before it leaves, then desperately farm 3 urouge books over the remaining week in Sky-Isle because Tsuru walk is coming.

yeah. Here's the thing- there are two forms of pigs- the ones on all fours are the base forms, and the ones standing up are the evolved ones. You can evolve the base pigs with two little turtles of the same color and an evo material (little seahorse, colored robber penguin, etc). Usually you won't go to the pig island unless you have many smaller turtles, because while you have a limited box space, you can hold a vast number of keys.

Start again, since it's not sugo you should aim for some nice unit like Kid, Uroge, Kuma (2.5 cpt or 2xHP+ATK) or if you want to reroll for hours look for G3. And don't waste stones on pulls outside of sugo you'll get silver shit 90% of the time, focus on increasing box space and save ~30 stones for your first sugo (which is in about a month probably).

It's more of a "Pay to Win if You're Not Good Enough or Can't Into Saving Gems".
There are F2P teams for pretty much everything in the game. I think the only thing that hasn't been confirmed to be clearable with a F2P team is Aokiji's forest, but I think even that is possible if the team is heavily socketed.
Mihawk's forest is a pain in the ass. I can get to the Baroque works bosses comfortably but then everything falls to shit. I can't do enough damage to one shot golden week then I can't do enough damage to kill Mr. 3 before he uses his lock ability. I have to use my GPU on arlong to clear him so it won't be up for BW wave.

Im starting to think that skill up chance isnt the same for different character and that rarer books and rarer characters have lower rates just to fuck players even harder.
Havent gotten a single skill up in 5+ kuma books, but those useless shandians get a skill up with every second copy.
