My thoughts on current state of PAD
PAD LEADS TIER LIST (COLLABS INCLUDED)
SS TIER:
Ra Dragon - Gamebreaking monster, I would spend 500k MP for im with no regrets.
S TIER:
Shiva Dragon - Unconditional 25x, limited subpool of god/fire. Ridiculous burst damage potential, unlike YomiDra doesnt have some shitty 5 + enhance LS that limits both rows and prongs.
Awoken Ra - Bigger subpool than ra dragon. Doesn't require Dkali either, extremely versatile. Only weakness is that he can't scale down for that annoying parvati/a.shiva/a.sopdet floor.
Awoken Anubis - Best dark lead in the game, only limitation is the player's skill.
Awoken Sakuya - Ridiculous scaling, ridiculous subpool, doubles as a cleric sub on Vegito teams. Only weakness here is that she is not god type.
Ushio & Tora - As above, active is bind clear + heartbreaker. This guy is almost like A.sakuya but caps at 56x for 8 combos, which is relatively easy. Add awoken thor to the mix and he is one shotting kalis. If/when this guy gets an ult he will shoot up in this tierlist.
Kite - I dont like this guy personally but it would be remiss of me to leave him out of this tier.
Yomi Dragon - 36x, one of those shitty 5 + enhance LS that is inherently low damage if you have few black orbs on your board so Haku is the best sub on this guy. He can clear arena but is by no means Ra Dragon.

Awoken Yomi - u want to combine yomi dragon's inefficient LS activation with a combo requirement too? godspeed my man
Awoken Shiva - crazy subpool, just throw kagutsuchi there and your set. (pun not intended). His damage at the end of the day is shit and he is bindable too, so he will not be in A tier. his active kinda sucks too, who even cares about heal enhance
Kenshiro - Rainbow-attacker lead. Toss your nice attcakers and a cleric (toki preferably, attackerasu works too) in there and have fun.
D/L Anubis - The strength of DL anubis aside from his insane LS, is his practically limitless subpool. Slap almost anything on this guy and you can clear descends and boss rushes with a modicum of effort.
Vegito - 899.67 weighted stats. 25x dragon type kenshiro, active is 100000 pure damage & delay. Great leader potential, even greater sub potential desu.
Awoken Bastet - best thing about her other than LS is the awakenings. 2 fingers and a sbr is very good. Her active is borderline useless. Situationally useful on last floor thoth and sopdet descended.
Awoken Horus - A respectable 45x. Nothing to discuss.

Caocao's AwokenHinokagu's and Rozuel's doesnt synergize with Kenshiro, and Rozuel is a somewhat situational sub anyway.
If you have her DKali would be your best sub to cover dark and she comes with a full board orb change of the 5 elements. Otherwise AwokenHinokagu will make due or Diza if you want to spam defence active with Phoenix Rider
For Blue either use AwokenFreyr for the enhance and SBR or Phoenix rider for more RCV and defence. Again Rozuel would be a situational choice at best
Set is the best option for green most likely but he has a long CD on his active. Otherwise hAwoken Susanoo is probably a viable option
4th slot can be w/e but RValk and AwokenShiva are both good choices, Rodin if you just want a stat stick but I wouldnt recommend it over the alternatives.
If you dont mind off color then GZL and Awoken Amy are possible subs

Blue Sonia returned to the castle in the darklands, where she was knighted by Kali and given a collection of magical armor.
Green Sonia travelled far back to her childhood home in the canopies of the mountains. There she learned to wield a bow with arrows that ripped enemies like violent gales.
