Yes, she has random "crits" again that just apply a heavier slow and will trigger things like Warlord's. So she'll trigger Warlord's about the same amount as any other Adc but her crits don't do as much damage as other adcs, so you'll get less healing.

I wish. Upgraded red sweeper, raptor buff, scuttle crab, and their 50% duration nerf a while back really fucks with that. It's like, even if teemo's fun to play, there's no reason to play him. Same goes for aatrox. They're both fun but there are just stronger picks.
