And you do only 40 AP for 11 days (gotta get some pages too)
That is 288 * 11 AP, 3168 AP
That is 79.2 runs, so lets say 79. Out of those 59 will be 1000 base, 20 will be 1300 base
So we have 50,000 + 26,000 base from 40 AP
At 300% bonus average: 200,000 + 104,000, 304,000 points. (+daily at 300%, 647,000 points)
At 400% bonus average: 250,000 + 130,000 points, 380,000 points (+daily at 400%, 809,000 points)
I am calculating at 300 and 400% because those are guideline values because not everyone can get 5 CEs and buying them all in the first place takes some time, too
There are points from 10 AP, 20 AP and story as well but they will only amount to around 70,000 points max without refills
Going from there, 70,000 + (300%: 647,000) (400%: 809,000) averages out to 717,000 (300%) and 879,000 (400%)
At the previous rates, 1 refill is 3000 base, 2 refills are 5000 + 1300 base, 3 refills are 7000 + 2600 base
At 3 refills, you average 38400 points on 300% and 48000 at 400%
So from the above data, you need 9 refills to meet 1,000,000 at a constant 400% for everything and roughly 22 refills at 300%

The pool of 4* is about twice as big as the pool of 5*. Since the rates of 4* and 5* are static, that means that any given 5* roll is twice as likely to be Okita as any given 4* roll is likely to be Emiya.
Should still be more likely to get Emiya since 4* have a 3% chance vs 1% for 5*, so chalk the rest up to luck.
