I found some relic glaives with kinsects that I read can evolve into the EE kinsect, but I can't seem to find a way to get them there.

Depending on skills it's the best GS even completely ignoring the element (which you do vs rajang since 0 dragon.) If you have the right charm and sharpening isn't a big issue it's better than Steve's, but it's often difficult to have the right charm. I was using Steve's GS until one of these Rajangs gave me a Tenderizer +6 Attack +9 OOO which lets me use this set.

No, you silly billy. Every monster they port is a significant time and effort investment. What they get to save time on is the models, the animations, and the sounds. No, nothing about MH has been unsatisfying for me in the past.
The combination of poor blood effects, low hitstun and ridiculous stagger limits makes the whole game feel floaty as fuck and as if your attacks have absolutely no impact.
The removal of some screen shaking effects from 4U also do a lot to remove the same sense of hitting something hard too.
But it's the stagger thresholds that are most offensive. It really feels like you're whacking some unfeeling animatronic until its batteries run dry.

Sky3DS is incapable of running MHX due to new security functions, which it cannot support and will not support without a new revision. Gateway only works on 9.2 or below, and "CFW" replaces it, for the most part, making it redundant.

Another two years of 140 Rajang hunting (depending on Western release) would have literally killed me. Not that I think the system was all bad. But with this roster? Im glad it didn't make the cut. I also neglected my weapon collection duties hard as hell in 4/4U since crafting played second fiddle in many many situations.
Id really like some SUPREMELY tight endgame balance on this one- At the very least, Ostgaloa, Amatsu, and Alatreon should all share tippy-top tier. And if Fatalis weapons are in the game, as indicated by the giant frozen BFB from Freedom 2, It would be sick if they played off Ala weapons, rather than one having actual numerical superiority.

couple years ago i've been playing some shit old monster hunter, the first one that came out on psp, mayby 100h of play time, not so bad but i didn't check any newer version, till now, and after watching trailer for mhx it's the same fucking game, animations are the same, village things are the same, for me it look like a reskin only, what have changed in those 10 years?
