I was really hyped for every new release so far, but now i can't make myself care enough about DaS3 at all.

There's never a reason to get hyped for a game. The less hype you have the less likely you're going to be hugely disappointed in the game. The game does look good to me though, I'm interested in seeing how the new BB influenced combat system is going to work. Increased speed and charge attacks. I'm hoping there will be poise on PvE enemies, so that it's not all unbreakable hyper armour. I saw something like that in a BB DLC video.

I don't really see it. It looks like a mix of DeS and BB to me. You have to think about your movesets more in DaS because your weapons have so much variety in speed for example.

I guess, but having the sword arts consume your MP makes the MP bar relevant for melee only characters too. I don't like having something useless on the screen. The sword arts are basically just one more move in your moveset. It's like saying R2s are a gimmick. The sword arts are just presented in a gimmicky way in my opinion.
