Anon I'm just trying to give Achilles a little more credit here. In the actual legends Achilles died more or less instantly when struck in the heel. In Nasuverse he was given the dignity of a last charge before being btfo.
But really, when you think about it Robin Hood is the perfect sort of heroic spirit to kill Achilles. He's an archer of a somewhat cowardly nature who uses cheap tactics and poisons to strike down stronger enemies without being detected. He lines up almost perfectly with Paris, Achilles' killer, who himself was a rather cowardly archer, and in some tellings of the Iliad even killed Achilles with a poisoned arrow, much like Robin prefers.
