Oh please, I like the guy too and I feel like a dick for saying this, but almost everything he's done has been a response to what fads were popular at the time. His femtrap is almost a carbon copy of Mizu's Springtrap. He sucks Weaver's dick almost as hard as you do, and even his interest in FNAF and /5N@F/ was only for while it was the biggest fad before undertale. FNaF is still wildly popular around places kids browse.
Imageboard interest in FNaF was always limited, as it was, since its inception, at best, a FotM. Then the /v/ threads became this place.
By the time FNaF 2 came out, furries and children had all but founded the dreaded FNaF fandom, and FNaF 2 itself proved to be an awful cashgrab. By then, imageboard interest dried out, preventing any new drawfags from stumbling over here, as FNaF was cancer.
Finally, FNaF went out of style around these parts. We held off because we became a "gated community", but we mostly lost steam as time went by.
That, coupled with chronic shitstorms, made sure /5N@F/'s quality only went down, not up.
Still, we have quite an interesting little situation here. Even though we're severely slow, we've still got lots of OC, compared to other generals.
See /utg/. Sure, they go through three threads a day, like we did. But they only get one piece of OC every three threads, when we used to have at least three daily threads, all filed with OC. Believe me if you will: We have more OC than /utg/, because all those artists who "left" for /utg/ already left them. They still make things, of course, but mostly for eachother, and confined to their own tumblrs, because they're all close friends and skype buddies with one another, moving on all together at the same time, not because of the game's, or even the community's merits, but to play a social game of footsies.
Now, if this sounds similar, it's because we have the same situation here. What kind of anon goes to a Disney meetup? I mean, we've even got numerous couples formed here.
Still, this /soc/shit helped guarantee that people are still making OC here, after all this time. And BBGM deserves some poon for all he's done, too.

Pros:

Freddy is also very protective of his housemates, so be on your best behavior.
Bonnie is arguably the most 'normal' inhabitant, though she is heavily medicated to control some undisclosed mental/emotional condition and sometimes gets loopy or otherwise affected. She's low-energy and sarcastic, but sometimes coming off as bitchy.
Chica is upbeat and friendly but fragile. She's always looking for someone to talk to or hang out with, and you'll always have someone to watch TV with, even if she talks during the action sometimes. She's the darling of the apartment so one careless comment and she could be set off bawling, and then you'll have to face the wrath of the others.
Foxy always was a little twitchy. He's generally agreeable and doesn't like to make waves, plus he has good habits taking care of the apartment, but he doesn't take good care of himself, often skipping meals, avoiding laundry, and so on. He also suspects you have designs for the lasses of the apartment and though he doesn't start shit he doesn't seem to like you much.
And then there's "Goldie", as he's referred to. Bonnie insists he's real, but with all the pills she pops...

It's clean and calm, so I won't get hurt or sick that often. I don't mind chores or other strict codes of sorts in the slightest, since I'm used to that and actually like it. I don't like to hang around people I don't know and I don't talk a lot, so I wouldn't need to worry about bothering any of the others. I'd likely not leave my room much aside from doing the chores and going outside for exercise, so I wouldn't really have any problems with the others.

Pros:

Freddy is a big fuzzy goober. He seems genuinely sweet and concerned for his friends, and doesn't have a mean thought in his head. Unfortunately he's also a total pushover and sort of a loser, and can't handle most responsibilities. He shrinks back if scolded, even for something as minor as forgetting to bring his dishes in.
Bonnie's always internal energy setting is always at High. She is fascinated by you and hangs on your every word, but also might have trouble leaving you alone. She will be blasting Jazzercise videos by 6 AM. She leaves her weird human paraphenalia lying around. She might have stolen a lock of your hair at some point. She's fun but safety is not guaranteed.
Chica is the opposite, but the two never seem to clash. She seems incredibly LOW-energy, like she's eternally partied-out, and will spend much of the day napping. She'll often be around to listen, chat, or just lie around in peaceful silence. She promises she's only taking prescription drugs now. However she also has trouble taking anything seriously enough and provides almost no help in chores, rarely bothering to even get fully dressed.
Mangle spends most of her time in her room, but can sometimes be found lounging under blankets on the couch. She is cheerful to the point of seeming manic, but she's also a hot mess, and while she's never explained what her disability is, it seems severe, and she may call on you to help her from time to time. She's intensely friendly, but a little out of touch with reality, and may come off as creepy.

However, the professionalism and pleasantries sometimes feels like a facade, and sometimes you wonder if you can ever really know if something lurks beneath. In trying so hard to keep things above-board, Bonnie's a little uptight, and frowns on illicit behavior. Please don't curse!
Chica is a trainwreck. She leaves messes, all her clothes are old and worn, she wears new makeup over old, and despite showering at least a few times a week, she always smells like sweat. She has a hard time taking things too seriously, but she does pitch in with chores from time to time. She's flirty in a sort of trashy way, which sometimes puts her at odds with Bonnie, but somehow she seems pretty much impossible to upset. Might be eventually trained not to eat your food.
Foxy is the most disabled of the entire complex. He always seems to have new injuries/treatments and he's never all there. However, the only danger he seems to pose is to himself, he's genuinely sweet (if manic and unpredictable), and he does seem to have occasional moments of lucidity.
Freddy is a total recluse. He rarely ever comes out and by Bonnie's account spends most day sick in bed. While Foxy faces adversity with (sometimes aimless) fervor, Freddy's life seems completely miserable and his outlook is bleak. Exactly what's wrong with him, though, is unclear.

She dresses (and sometimes acts) like she's on college break to Mardi Gras. She's rough around the edges but seems sincere. Very self-conscious about her facial scars.
Freddy seems pleasant, agreeable, and lucid. However, you can't understand a word he says, and vice-versa. Communication is obviously stunted, but he seems like a good guy, looking out for the girls and pitching in with things he sees need doing. His habits may be a bit foreign, however, and his taste in food is bizarre.
Bonnie is a bundle of nerves. She too has volume control problems, fluctuating between too loud and whisper-quiet. She shakes like a leaf, doesn't eat much or take proper care of herself, and is really worried about what others think of her. If you raise your voice for any reason, she'll cower in fear.
Mangle is a wildcard, always trying to seem fun and friendly, but possessing an even worse consideration of privacy than Chica. Chica is usually there to keep order, but Mangle's sweet words and vague flirting come off a little insidious at times. Also you're pretty sure that was a hidden camera you found. Be wary of invitations to hang out. Expect little time to yourself.

So that's it for the four apartment choices. None of the locations are clear cut, though they obviously were not all created equal, and some have more risk than others. Forgetting all else, however, generally the more troubled the inhabitants, the more cashflow the place gets, so #3 can afford a lot, for instance. It means #1 and #4 are both scraping by in different ways, one for funds, and one for basic care.I should've gone more into apartment layout, could've forced anon to share a room/sleep in a walk-in closet, but ah well, character limit.
