You can't restart to change the RNG seed, it's account bound from the moment you made your WF account.
Any time you are in a match it depends on who is HOSTING. That is what the rewards will be based off of.
Change HOSTS if you are getting shit drops, especially in the void.

I'm not autistic enough to do a spreadsheet about what drops I get on void missions, and then how the drops differ when I change hosts. Especially since I can replicate which drops will be more likely to appear with X or Y as a host.I also simply do not have the time for it, like I used to.
All I can give you is my hundreds of hours of playing void, and the experiences I've had.
What it seems like is that void rewards are divided into tables that, depending on your account seed, give a +/- % chance per table. There is some algorithm to it (because coding true RNG is fucking hard) but I don't even know where to begin to imagine what it is, and what it touches. Does it only apply to prime parts? Are the tables separated into sets with different, or duplicate prime parts? How many tables are there, and what are in them? etc, etc
It would explain why I can easily get Trinity P Helmets, where friends of mine cannot, and it also explains why my friend was able to get 2 Trinity Prime systems one after the other while they were hosting(considering that is the rarest fucking part in the set). It also explains why some people cannot get X parts, while other people are swimming in it.

They do, but I really do not care of they believe me or not. They will be endlessly grinding for parts, or buying them, while I'll be getting them quicker because of host switching.Except for those parts that literally do not have a significant drop rate. Good fucking god I miss when the loot tables weren't encrypted.
The Chesa incident provided proof for separate tables in the game(which can be applied to many things), and the Seer incident provided proof for a mechanism that something(in this case, drops) can be tied to your account.
They don't, on their own, provide substantial proof that RNG seed exists, but they show that the mechanisms are there for it to exist. It would not be a stretch of imagination to see DE making an algebraic algorithm because coding true RNG is hard. Note: not out of malice, but out of ease.
I don't expect anyone to believe me. I just hope people are willing to be open to ideas, and to change hosts when they have shitty drops.

Plus the issue with True RNG is that some players will legitimately never get a certain drop because in any large enough number set, you could go hundreds of hours without seeing something and it's legitimately random. In this Skinner box grind it makes business sense to make the players feel rewarded. Grind for a few days, logging off each time and EVENTUALLY getting that part and that burst of reward.
Better to make a pseudo-random drop generator.

You have to make an 'unmasked' avatar of your character, and depending on his bodytype you can only pick certain frames , for example skinny nerds can only use lokis/volts/ other nerd frames and big strong guys can use rhinos and chromas, you have to use plat to be able to use a warframe that isn't your bodytype and 1000 plat if you want to use a different sex warframe

either put an IPS mod that get's generally small bonuses against the types of defence it is strong against and some significant drawbacks on those it is not or put a second luxury element (like heat i.e.) that will get less penalties more bonuses and will generally be a flat out increase
in the case of the R. Cernos being Impact based you will get a small penalty on almost everything that isn't infested and only a small boost on shields which die as shit anyway

Sonicor is great with pure damage build on preaty anything - play Pinball with bodies of your enemies. Best sidearm atm imo.
Valkyr is literally godmode frame, build her for efficiency+power and you can go 60 minute T4 survival no problem (if you manage to keep up with LS).

Frames you NEED, as in really need to have to be a useful member of any team:
Trinity, Frost, Nova - support frames, that can be used on their own, but more often used in conjunction with other frames to facilitate their abilities.
Trinity can be EV and Bless - EV - max range, lowest duration (with Trans Forti and Fleeting Exp), gives POWER, Bless - max duration - gives near invincibility.
Nova can be Fast (low power (40), Overextended) - to speed up boring defenses and farming processes, And slow (45-50 power), for slowing enemies and buffing damages, both need max duration.
Frost - needs health, armor, power and efficiensy, protection frame for Defences, Mob Def, Extractions etc.
Nekors, Hydroid - farm frames, need specific builds , find them on forums those are simple.
Ember - to run fast though invasions, burning through everything on your path. Saves time.

I got myself a Wukong and I figured I'd answer a few questions by sharing some information about abilities and viability.
Wukong's 1st ability is Iron Jab. It's a reference to Ruyi Jingu Bang, the extending staff that Sun Wukong uses, and it's a rather miserable ability. The range is pathetic, and most activations aren't worth their cost in energy. It has a small knockdown radius and a powerful ragdoll effect when it hits a target, but aiming is completely unresponsive and unreliable. This poor aiming is only exasperated by the fact that even when landing the cast the ability has a high chance of doing 0 (ZERO) shield damage. The only plus here is that it scales with melee mods, so occasionally the poke will land a solid chunk of damage, killing late star-chart (Ceres) content in single shots.
Defy, Wukong's 2nd ability, is something that rewards dying. While active, it drains energy, and when Wukong reaches 0 HP Defy will activate a short span of invulnerability and restore a decent portion of Wukong's HP alongside draining a small portion outright from his energy pool. With a Rank 10 Vitality, Wukong has 740 HP, and at max strength/level Defy will restore 555 HP on death, or 75%. For each subsequent death while Defy is active, the HP that Wukong is restored to will be 75% of the previous death's restore. (740>555>416 etc.) Duration of invulnerability can be extended by duration mods, which also help with the energy drain per second, and restored HP can be lowered from its 75% state by Overextended.Recasting the ability (i.e. deactivating it after a death and starting the drain once again) will reset the death counter, meaning Wukong will be restored to 75% of his maximum HP and Energy pools. Unsure if this is intended or a bug.With the Rage mod equipped (and no other changes to energy occurring), the first 6 deaths Wukong experiences while Defy is active will have no negative influence on his energy balance.

Wukong's 3rd ability, Cloud Walker, is a mix of abilities that already exist within Warframe, namely Smoke Screen and Rift Walk. A duration-based ability, Wukong will drain energy based on the distance he travels while active. He can move in all directions and has a reduced hurtbox size, meaning this can be useful for squeezing through cracks in an environment, getting unstuck or navigating Spy mission lazer-hallways. Wukong takes no damage from the environment and enemies cannot target him while this ability is active. A short stun activates in a small radius upon cast, deactivation or time-out. Wukong cannot pick up any items or attack while this ability is active, but he can deactivate channeled abilities such as his 2nd and 4th. Useful for navigation, stealth and as a panic button when Defy isn't restoring enough health for Rage to compensate the energy drain, after which you can re-activate Defy and return to the battlefield with a bit of confidence. Note that movement in this state is at walk-speed, as if you were navigating a Relay or the Liset without sprinting or jumping.
Wukong's 4th ability, Primal Fury, is akin to Excalibur's Exalted Blade. He spawns his staff, Ruyi Jingu Bang, which becomes his main weapon and has its own stance which upgrades with Wukong's rank. The staff uses melee mods to do the majority of its damage and has reasonable critical chance and range, meaning Berserker is a perfectly viable mod. Reach, the melee range mod, has an effect on this ability, as does range mods on the Warframe itself, but for another reason. As Wukong lands hits and gets kills with this weapon, it lengthens dramatically. This extension is increased by range mods on the Warframe. The combos of this ability get the job done, but occasionally have wonky hitboxes that miss targets directly in front of Wukong. One of the combos has a knockdown radius that rivals, if not outperforms, that of the Jat Kittag. Cont. next post.

Wukong isn't an endgame frame, but he has tools that bring him to the cusp of it. What he lacks in crowd control he makes up for in his bulk and the strength of his melee ability. That said, melee will always be melee and Nullifiers will tear him a new anus. Defy gives Wukong a bulk similar to that of Chroma with a Lifesteal Furis (which Wukong also uses fantastically), and Primal Fury hits hard alongside Hysteria, Exalted Blade and Landslide. He lacks team synergy, but makes a solid solo frame for late-game content. Wukong won't replace any frame, but he's a viable alternative to mix things up, which I won't complain since it brings a bit of freshness into this stagnated game.
To those who don't buy him from the market, don't fear. You're not missing out on any meta-changing mechanics or abilities like Vauban. Yes, Wukong is hidden behind a gigantic wait-wall, and he's not neccesarily worth that wait, but he's enjoyable nonetheless.

Cloudwalker's stun(I should have been using the term STAGGER instead)does indeed leave enemies open to finishers, but due to the casting animation the ability to respond in time is limited. Think of Valkyr's Paralysis, but with a shorter window.
Natural Talent makes this cast animation almost instantaneous, meaning this can be a very cheap, spammable ability to throw down finishers even on alerted enemies. The only problem is fitting it into a generalized build, since, if I'm remembering correctly, Natural Talent isn't an Exilus mod.

Consider this situation. Chroma's Elemental Ward (Cold) and Vex Armor also require you to be damaged by enemies and have sizable durations, but need to be recasted almost immediately in high-level content. Lifesteal Furis works wonderfully with the increased damage output of Vex Armor, but the ability can still go down at inopportune times and the Furis will need to be reloaded occasionally.
Wukong has death-defying (no-pun intended) bulk and his ability is channeled, meaning that Rage will essentially allow this ability to stay up for no cost. Cloud Walker allows the player to escape a tight situation after a death, which comes with 5 seconds of complete immunity to damage, and recast Defy at a minor energy cost that can easily be repaid with Rage in a safe spot, or while nearby enemies are stunned from the deactivation animation of Cloud Walker.
That comes without any Forma investment, stays active at all times due to its channeling nature and has a safety net for recasting.I'm not even shilling, Wukong lives for a very long time eating bullets from Lvl. 100 Corrupted Heavy Gunners. Don't buy this frame, but don't trash it 'till you try it.
A lot of frames seen to have 3 good abilities and one bad one (Mesa, Chroma). What frames have no trash abilities? Rhino, Loki and Excalibutt come to mind.

Get loot radar, the caches show up on it. They give off a distinct sound, pay attention to it. There is only a couple tiles with secret areas, first run throught the whole thing while looking specifically for these hidden rooms, there is pretty good chance you will find two, if not all three in these rooms.

The one real problem with the course are the completely arbitrary respawn zones.
If you don't memorize where it'll stop you and spit you way back you will fail every time.
The one fail wall between the laser corridor and the last platform before the end killed many a run and there's no reason for it to be so high up.
