Morrigan's one of the easier ones, should be very winnable. Her and Astaroth both waste quite a few turns on buffs and seduction statuses.
Adramelek is the easiest with insanely low health, but her offense is better than those two anyway.
Mazuda is really easy too, Mainyu isn't a big problem.

Just like the listed status effects are the base chance to succeed, and they're immune to all others.
Now go read Lucifina's, and realize why she takes FUCKING FOREVER to drop. 0-25% for 8/12 damage types in the game, 50% for 3/4 remaining.
She probably takes the lowest damage in the game from good reliable Geyser spam, and THEN she'll still just ignore some of your turns with Daystar. And Death Sword Chaos Star is very likely to kill 1-2 party members. And keep in mind that the dispel, Daystar, and Death Sword ALL burn through Clara very quickly, making random wipes even more likely. It forces you to play safe and fight even slower.

The boss loot doesn't change. The loot from the random chests gets better. Around 150ish, you can start getting Genji Gloves. You can reenter at floors 51, 101, or 201 when you access them. Starting at 51 is the most efficient for farming the bosses, 201 for getting the random chests, if you can handle the enemies.

I found that the tartarus floors were the only annoying ones doing that. They have high holy resist and half of them reflect physical attacks. They don't get to the point of losing if you have taken down a 100 floor boss for a couple hundred floors, but can get fairly long if you don't have a good, alternative damage source.

What the bosses drop never changes. The green chests behind them have ~15 different options.
Artemis Bow is, fortunately, the 2nd best weapon in the game (behind King of Hearts). I recommend mastering Lord/Pope (whichever gives the MP spell that restores health and 5 SP to all), and using Lord with Artemis Bow for someone. Kings of Hearts fist is the best weapon due to dual-wieldability.
The fastest way to farm superbosses is to go from 51 to 100.
Don't even bother with normal chests until 101+. The Mimics and Honey Pots are a waste of time and I don't recall ANY good items in the pre-100 chests. A floor 101 chest did give me the Thief God Gloves (opens Platinum Chests).

I assume you mean the Slime Self-Destruct strategy. Yes, it will work easily since it is based on HP, and thus doesn't even require any good gear (except enough Agility to avoid getting hit before exploding). Most enemies from 51-100 only have ~9-12k health.

Geyser's base Water type is excellent for pretty much everything but water and some nature types. Even then, combined with Artemis Bow's Holy+Dark, it'll still wreck anything (since your standard mons don't resist those), and only Lucifina really shrugs off Water+Holy with Kings of Hearts/Excalibur.
Natural Elements, in general, are the best vs Chimera and Chaos types I believe (good vs Mimic and Honeypot too). The Chaos types ALSO tend to take reduced physical damage (NOT Defense, just plain reduced) so if you're using Makina skills which aren't reflected, they still won't hit very hard. Poltergeist Doll is yet decent against them, but you may as well just Geyser...
Basically there's Slime Self-Destruct, and Geyser, and that covers everything til the 200s.

Oh, right.
Be careful with Slows and Speed reductions and/or increasing your own. If the boss goes last in the turn, and drops a mass dispel... you're going to lose your buffs and be unable to re-apply them before she likely goes first next turn. By making her slower than you, it creates an opening whenever the boss dispels to kill most/all of your party.
If you are always going after her, then she will dispel, and you will still take actions that turn, which means your party members (esp divided Slimes) will be able to apply a new Clara and avoid a wipe. Your divided Slimes will still perform 2 actions on the dispel turn.
Depending on your confidence and the difficulty of the boss, your Slimes should ALWAYS be doing an Action + Clara, thus ensuring 100% of the time that you will always end the turn with a fresh Clara even if the boss dispels. Any amount of HP Regen will allow Clara use every turn since its cost scales on current HP, but you probably noticed that already.
As long as everyone has Endure, having 1 person (like Sully/Hild/whoever as a Superstar) use the Dance which restores HP, should have them go after the boss' 1st move, but before your entire party, allowing your 3 Slimes to always get up Clara on turn 1. Once your Slimes have their first Clara and Division up, your win should be 100% assured except against Time Stop and Multi-hit attacks.

It seems the superboss pastebin has moved away from using geyser spam as the main strategy, if the videos are anything to go by. Most of them revolve around a long setup before bursting the boss down.

I didn't actually watch the videos. I know the MP Drain strategy pops up in the discussion itself, since it strips most bosses of their dispel, and usually a few abilities.
My Geysers already do 25-40k crits on most of the bosses though, so my farming is quick enough as it is. I just reset if I get Lucifina, Reaper, or Alice.
If the AI just decides to spam Monster Lord's Cruelty too many times in quick succession, you can auto-lose at several points, not worth the hassle.
Pastebin guy is a much more dedicated farmer than I am, for sure.

Thanks to farmed gear, my Dex values are 483 (Sully Superstar), 433 (Honeypot Battlemaster, cannot wear Angel Bra), 612 Vitae, and 621 Naho).
I don't know how much or how well the element Boosters stack, but everyone has 2x Kings of Hearts or Artemis Bow (Holy and Holy+Dark Boosters), the Holy Booster passive (from Paladin probably), Water Booster (on Sully, and Vitae's trait), and Honeypot's Gaia Robe also has Holy+Dark Booster. I believe the Holy Boosters affect Geyser when used with a Holy element weapon, and I'm sure the Water Boosters work.
Daisy Bell song seems to add a bit to it as well (not 50%, but the Boosters seem to be additive, so another 20%ish).
And they have Doll, Yoma, and Succubus Slayer active, covering all but Lucifina, Micaela, and Reaper. Ghost Slayer would evidently work on Reaper but I don't fight her. I value the 1/4 SP cost accessory much more than the Angel Slayer accessory, which I don't think I even have.
I had a Morrigan fight last like 5 rounds because she's got nothing vs Water+Holy damage. She dropped to Sully on turn 5ish when I was refreshing Division on my Slimes.
Once I can get a full set of Genji Helms (for the raw stats)... well, I'll be done with superboss farming then since I don't care about Genji Shield or anything else I don't already have full playsets of. I'll probably, at that point, use my Ribbons and Genji Helms to do the 201+ floor chests with some party for fun, and not the uber-slimes.
