she's really fucking tanky so if you liked the feeling of being a pint-sized juggernaut she still feels like that, except her damage is much lower now. her Q still deals decent dmg though
her W is deceptively strong and getting your dash interrupted makes you take a bit of damage. it's pretty significant actually, at max rank you take 230 magic damage everytime she stops your dash
her ult is every bit as fun as you guys imagined but it's currently bugged TO FUCK in pbe and any kind of wall stops it like 60% of the time

Her Q is a melee range AoE with a delayed burst (think Vel'koz W but with ~200 range). That's not going to be wrecking anyone that's not either complete garbage or stunned. Since she kept her E, she'll have to stun you with it everytime she wants to land Q. She'll have the same counterplay as Vayne's condemn.
Her ult also gives her massive disengage potential since it's basiaclly Trist's or Lee's ult on steroids. The only reasons you'd ever pick her over other bruisers are that ult and her W, which STOPS DASHES.
Her old kit (especially passive and ult) was stupidly broken since it made her literally unkillable. Now, she actually has to take risks.

The whole point of Hecarim is being a spooky horse all the time.
PBE'r here. Just gonna say random shit about the rework.
Even though all her abilities got changed, they do similar stuff to live besides the ult and passive.
Her Q is a short range nuke, her w has a speed boost and gives her something like her old passive, and her E is pretty much the same. She's pretty much just like old poppy, but more fun, the people who are saying her kit is nothing like before haven't played her or are just trying to bait.
She keeps the mana issues early on but not as bad as live, a short attack range and a long windup on her auto attack.
The only problems I have is that her ult is weird to use and doesn't actually take someone out of a fight that long. If they run right back in they'll only be gone for like three seconds. Since it's a skillshot with a long windup, I think it could actually be balanced even if it didn't only send enemies towards their base.
The other problem, which isn't that big, is that her VO doesn't really feel serious enough, and the quotes that play every single time you pick up your shield can get kind of grating like with caitlyn's boom headshot.
Level Q > W > E, the speed boost from her W isn't all that good until you level it up, but you it makes it really easy to reposition for your E. Ult is mostly used to peel since it makes enemies invulnerable even if you don't charge it much. When you're attacking someone, make sure to Q in the direction they're running and not the one you're facing.

Passive:
It procs on-hit effects like DMP,IBG,etc. yes meme cannon increases her range too.
It's usage is kind of bad though as it lands randomly especially when used against champs. If you want that shield you have to walk to the shield pick it up while ignoring the target which is quite bad.In lane however killing a minion with it then going ham works
Q:The range on it feels bad.Sure it deals a decent amount of damage but in teamfights it won't mean jackshit when other champs bring better utility and damage or tankier targets will just shrug it off.I think it should be chargable to increase the range on it.
W: Great spell.The passive is just dumb as hell with enough resistance.I could get up to 80% dmg physical dmg reduction with DMP,FH and IBG.So it's like a permanent alistar ulti below 40% hp.
E:No changes here.
R:Not a fan of this.It's not instant knockback when you chargeup so there is plenty of time to sidestep it.The damage isn't that great either.
