You get a bunch of temporary costumes every 10 levels if you use a buddy up code.
Use 'elitefreedays' for 3 days of elite status to speed up your leveling.
The max number of people you'll see in a dungeon is 10 people and that's at lvl65.

Either get armor templates from the Fashion Coupon exchange, or buy them off Trade Broker.
Reaching 65 can take about 15-20 hours of total playtime if you're completely unprepared, but killing BAMs while queuing for dungeons (which starts around Lv 20).
Only Lv 65 has raid instances, but you can form a normal raid party at any time for no reason at all.

Wasnt working for me either. Just check the minimap in the top right corner when you are at outposts/cities. It shows where NPCs with quests are located.
At some point you can just skip the side missions and just follow the main story.
