She does have snaggletooth thanks to the face slots. The eye texture I can change since I have Photoshop; the dot'salready white in her eye texture .bmp. Not sure what to do. Other than that though, you're right.
I've tried to play with the sliders but I'm not very good at making girls so I grabbed her card off the DB. I made adjustments to her eyes to make them a bit bigger, and head size too I think. But again, I'm not good with the maker and didn't want to fuck up so I didn't change the numbers a lot.
I have zero slider game which is really disheartening. I'll play around more with the numbers though, maybe I'll get lucky and do it right. She always looks weird afterwards though, even when using a reference image. Well either way, I still think she's cute right now though.
