Im level 37, using that white armour set you get from falador with an adamant scimitar. Currently leveling slayer from the guy in werewolf town by killing hill giants but I always feel underleveled wherever I go
What's a good level and equipment to get to before starting quests? I've done all the free quests apart from shield of arrav because I'm a loner and dragon slayer because I'm not strong enough, and I've done druid ritual and the one for the white armour in falador

You can and should do all the quests you can with your stats.
Try and work towards rune armour zerker helm torso and a dragon scimmy. 43 prayer using someones house altar is also a great choice since it makes pretty much 90% of quest bosses do no damage to you.

you shouldn't bury bones anymore, bank them and when you have time you go to another players house and use them on their gilded altar, it gives you a lot more exp per bone.
it's free as well, just go to world 330 in Yanille and theres usually people hosting.

depends what you're killing, some mobs are weaker to certain attacks, go to your combat options (the two swords) and hover over the methods to see what you're using and what skill you're training with it.
Google the mobs' names to see what they're weak to, although most of the time if they're weak to melee you should just use whatever attack method that trains what you wanna train.
oh and higher strength = higher hits, higher attack = more frequent hits

they do the same damage, weakness applies to accuracy
in that case I'd say slash is best, because of how much more accuracy you're getting. type weakness for mobs doesn't matter so much that it will overpower a stat difference like that
