If Vayne kills a squishy in 5 auto attacks, she procs her W once on the third hit for a reasonably high amount of damage. If Vayne kills a tank in 10 auto attacks, at least two of her Silver Bolts procs will deal a smaller % of the tanks' max hp than the squshies' max hp, because it occured at a lower remaining amount of health.

Mortal reminder helps because it reduces his healing. However...he's kind of stupid strong with autos so even with a mortal reminder you need like 3-4 people focusing him or he'll just 1v1/1v2 whoever fights him. Project was fine, Arcade was good if you were a filthy Ribon main, academy skins were average for 750 skins, we got a decent VU for MF in her captain skin, and Quinn got a cute skin out of the event too. The Bilgewater skins were decent though, so were the arcade ones. Whether or not you play the characters is irrelevant. The Academy ones are kind of weak though, yeah. I don't mind the Warden stuff, Warden Karma is actually really good. The Chinese New Year and Valentine's skins were decent and we received good one-ofs like Risen Fiddlesticks, OotL Irelia, Arcanist Ziggs, Omega Squad Teemo, and DJ Sona (I'm not too crazy about DJS but it's not awful). I play him every once in a blue moon on my smurf, and it doesn't always go well.
He actually has a decent laning phase, he can poke just enough to oppress the bruisers that lack inherent sustain, but he won't really force them off farm. I'd imagine this actually doesn't work anymore because of the amount of random bullshit sustain present in the masteries.
Even if I win lane I still find myself getting nuked or being underwhelming in team fights. That is just how he is. His damage is mediocre and his ult is just assravagingly useless, I can't see it being particularly useful even now that they made it a full 50% damage reduction. Urgot just doesn't have the potential around that.
It might be different if he was AP oriented, but who knows.
