5 Reasons not to play on Lordaeron

1) Molten has a long history of scamming and shady business practices. In the past they would do things like randomly suspend people's accounts and offer for them to be restored for a cash donation. When they weren't making enough money from their cash shop they decided to intentionally break the Shadowmourne quest line so the only way to obtain the weapon would be to pay €70.
2) After five years their other WotLK servers are still horribly broken. The idea that Lordaeron will be any different is a joke. Molten is all about making money and they will only put in just enough effort to achieve that goal and not a bit more.
3) Gross mismanagement. They've had their databases wiped twice due to the owners jewing eachother. It is not advisable to invest time into Lordaeron because its very possible your character will be destroyed some time in the future. You can read all about this here: http://pastebin.com/tktcCEFC

5) Pay to win. They claim you only will be able to donate for gear 1 tier below the current raid, but everyone knows that's a lie. Lordaeron will go full pay2win before the end of T8 raid content.

The point is that Warmane's WotLK realms have been up for 5 years and this is still the state of their Ulduar in 2015. Completely fucked with several bosses entirely unscripted.
No matter what core they're running, that says a lot about the ownership and people developing it.

Stock Naxx is "raidable", but comes with a lot of issues that I'm pretty sure will be present and untouched on Lordaeron. On GD Naxx has received A LOT of fixes.
Ulduar you have to do basically from scratch yourself. Raids on GD are completely unique, you won't find this good scripting on any other wotlk private server except for ToD.
For instance, you can check Ulduar forum threads on GD. It's really impressive, every trash mob, every little nuance, boss mechanic and spell was in some way tuned over the last year. Even small details like whether Mimiron should agrro by proximity were looked into and corrected.
GD actually cares about quality and blizzlikeness of PVE. Warmane cares only about the population. As a result, you get 7k people doing unscripted raids with 500ms latency on Lordaeron. I guess it appeals to x1 casuals that won't ever be able to to try and test any of the heroic modes.

I didn't choose to. The torrent in OP is dead so I downloaded wotlk from mol10's site. It came with WoD models. I already deleted the mpq files, like I said in my post, and it removed the models but also removed armour for every player character in the game.

Literally the only fun part of WoW is when a new expansion releases and you race to beat the raid before other guilds. The second that race to end-game is finished millions of people stop playing. Why would I want to play on a server where people have been raiding for years already? That sound so fucking retarded.

There is no /wpsg/ guild on there, but there is 1 English guild on each faction and a bunch of Polish guilds if you speak polish. Plenty of raids happening but some of the guilds are god damned retarded and fucking take hours to kill bosses that are on farm for 2 years.

Plenty of english speakers last time I was there. It's relatively high pop so you should find an english guild pretty easily.
There's also Dalaran as an option too, but I don't know much of anything about that server.
Those are pretty much your only options for wotlk servers though.

It's incredibly high pop. No one has any clue if the raids will be scripted well since none of them are out yet. They will likely be playable but not particularly good, or they could be good. Depends on if mol10 actually put some effort into them.

Lord might be slightly buggy. It's a reskin of Molten though, and that is scary because they have awful GMs and Admins are extremely greedy. Also they haddn't fixed ulduar after 5 years and broke the Shadowmourne quest chain just so people would have to buy the item from the store.

The guild is alliance. Don't know what they are lacking in terms of classes since I'm playing horde, but you can safely play whatever class you want. People constantly leave and join and as long as you are consistent you'll be fine.
