Big spikes of damage come in every trash group, mostly by a combination of special attacks or by bad tanks who doesn't dodge AoE. More vit helps those tanks to survive.

What I do is Aero 3 -> Regen -> Swiftcast -> Holy -> Assize+the rest of the Off-GCD before can be able to cast Holy Again and spam it.
It works flawlessly on any tank that isn't retarded regardless of his gear. Unfortunately many thanks are so shitty that they can't even pack a trash properly for Aero 3.

Either that, or they expect to stand around and only do the bare minimum, which is rather selfish. Three to seven to twenty-three other people queue for content, wanting to clear it. Facilitating a faster clear benefits everyone. If anyone is being lazy about it, it simply hurts everyone else.
In the end, there will be bad players no matter what role they play. It's just frustrating to see good practices being frowned upon simply because of idiots who don't know how to make the most of them. Players should help each other improve or at least show them where they can learn to become better.
