Salvation is an simulator that updates with new cards a day or so after they are revealed (other simulators typically take much longer to update), but suffers from several bugs.
Devpro is another simulator, with laggy and unstable servers that lack a competitive ladder.

BEFORE ASKING TO BE SPOONFED, TRY THE FOLLOWING:
● Read carefully the cards.
● Lurk and carefully read the archives.
● Try and keep your deck as close to 40 cards, using a playset of Upstart Goblin, Chicken Game and Terraforming. This increases dramatically your chances of drawing the cards you need.
● Google your Deck before you post it here. If your deck is/was competitive it will probably have topped an event.

The key is to keep dumping the pieces into the grave through the trap or other means (I'm gonna test if lightsworns can do it) then summon the level 10 exodia with as many attack points as possible and push your opponents shit in until you assemble all 5 pieces or reduce their LP to 0.

They really need that pendulum popping power Wizard provides for even Ariadne to be great. Without that, they're not searching 3-4 counter traps per turn, at most they've got 1-2 from Wavering Eyes or Dracoslayer.

Both the cards called Solo improve consistency a fuckton. Bloom Diva looks like it's trying to make the deck into solo Sphreeze, especially with that double attack trap. Mostly it feels like the deck is starting to figure out what it wants to do and we'll see it shape up to be decent later on, but right now it's currently in the middle of Aria lockdown and fusion shenanigans.
As someone who is trying to get into the competitive scene, where do I start? I've been studying a few Anti-Meta decks (Rock Stun, Yosenju) and they all seem pretty fun. I'm on a budget and Rock Stun is cheap but I hear it isn't viable anymore.
Are tournament goers the "spend $500 building a Kozmo deck" type and I should jsut quit now? Or is there a chance that I can get somewhere with a "fuck your meta shit" deck?

Really just practice a lot on dueling network rated. If you can get up high ladder on there with a low-priced deck, it'll prepare you for most of the things found at a local.

Yosenju was better in the format with 3 vanitys emptiness and tons of BA and Shaddoll players (being able to compulse one of their boss monsters every turn.) If you want a cheap anti meta deck for this format you could try either Yang Zings or Evilswarm (Zings just got reprinted in the megatins, good against kozmo because it's nearly impossible to kill them with a deck that uses a beatdown tactic, evilswarm as a popular as ever anti meta presence because ophion, if they can't summon their ships you shouldn't have to worry). As always you should check out the deck and play it online before you buy it, since playing it online is free but once you buy it you have to take the money plunge.

This is less CaC but more of a Create a Subtype.
I would like to see a new sub-type of monsters that grant effects to Non-Effect Ritual/Fusion/Synchro/Xyz monsters whenever they are used as that monster's material. Basic Ritual Djinn's but for every card type. What would make it slightly different from djinns is that they would be granting the monster's their own effect.
For example, (let's call them Passive monsters for now) if there was a Passive monster that had piercing, any monster it's a material for would gain piercing. The gifting of effects wouldn't be listed on the card since it would be the mechanic.

Lose 1 Turn doesn't actually affect a lot of floaters or monsters who get continuous effects for the opponent turn compared to Vanity's which stops cards from hitting the field at all.
It's got the usefulness of both Vanity's and Skill Drain, but really only half the effectiveness of either one. Which is fine for random games, but not for consistent wins against multiple deck types.

Getting psychics to suit your needs ins't particularly hard and even earlygame you can get your hands on a few good ones like Brionac, Stardust, and Red Dragon
And you can also use UMD recognition to get a bunch of free cards because why not.

Clownblade is shit. Some reptiles like jiga or the performapal snake to fuel feral imps. Personally I play with traptrix+double timespace so Kozmemes, mirror match memes and memespecters can fuck off.
Otherwise tech stuff like Zephy, foolish and fill the remainder up with staples like Instant Fusion.

Yes, currently the only thing the deck can really do is OTK and feral imp->jigabyte/partnaga (especially if you use damage juggler as ab XYZ material) support this without being inconsistent and as long as we dont have infinity/rafflesia you can afford the extra deck space.
