You need to catch all five Alter Egos first in order to summon her, and each of them is a five star. After summoning her you still have to beat her to get her to join, in a six wave boss rush battle that starts with you fighting the egos and ends with you fighting her. If you lose you have to wait a month before retrying or something.

When it comes to these things, people really don't consider the difference much, they just want some bragging rights. People brag because they drew this super rare thing because they threw money at it until it happened, and they also brag about it if they got the high score naturally.
You have dozens of people in this thread bragging about their super rare servant collection already, thus proving it works. If you throw skill based challenge on top of a luck based challenge, people would take it more serious within some regards and see it how they will. Kind of like the ending of Rune Factory 4.
People that did it through money are weaved together with those who did it naturally over time. In the end you're just saying "Look at my rare collection".
