Don't think too hard about it. Sans attacks are pretty easy to memorize for his first phase, and his second phase throws them out in a random order, but you can still memorize and react to them. I have no advice for the wall throwing bit though, that attack still fucks me over. Either way, it's completely doable. Stay determined!

I don't know what it is that makes me think that way. Maybe it just felt underwhelming to find out I can ultimately do nothing for Flowey/Asriel and that my only other option in this game is to start over and be varying degrees of murderous. All this talk about determination and love and mercy gets thrown around so much in the game, especially the parts where Flowey is involved, but after this continuous "tweeeest Flowey ain't done yet!" final boss crap finally ends and all I've got left to do is visit each NPC and hear what they have to say before I the underworld (a tedious work thanks to a mediocre, boring overworld), I finally go back to the beginning room, hoping to see... I don't know. I don't know what I expected. I don't think I expected Asriel to be there and eventually tell me to just leave him there. Maybe I wanted to be able to choose staying with him, since apparently saving him is impossible. It's such a flashy, never-ending final battle, and it just feels like it's worth shit. I saved every single oponent I had, but I can't do anything for Asriel and Flowey. All those hopes and dreams feel like they're worth shit.
