Please note that the seeds are from Rebirth, and don't work in Afterbirth anymore.
1. Isaac must die to a Mulliboom in one of the Basement floors. Mulliboom seed: 6028 LLMK (Go into the large room above the starting room. You can easily die from full health in here to them.) Or if cum: JTMD EZPF (one is directly below - Normal difficulty)
2. Magdalene must die to her own bomb in one of the Caves floors. (Pyro Seed: ALFA 0NTZ)
3. Judas must die to Mom's Foot as Judas in one of the Depths or Necropolis floors. Good Seed: 8LDE 8XDX (Wait on using the Joker till the 3rd floor and avoid the devil rooms and you'll get the sacred heart. You also get the Sad Onion on the first floor.
4. Azazel must die to Satan in Sheol (his blood/laser form or hooves, NOT leeches or The Fallen). You CANNOT use a seed.
Sucks to be you if you didn't unlock him after the azazel nerf.

- The Game now detects when a player is constantly restarting in an attempt to get good items, will significantly boost chances of finding The Poop, The Bean, D10 and more and make most other items either be extremely rare or have them replaced with Breakfast
- Made sure to add more rooms where you can't avoid damage
- Holy Mantle now only protects the player from damage once per floor
- Made Soy Milk more common when Curse of the Blind is active
- D6 now has a chance to break upon use
- D4 now rerolls itself too
- Gave Spiders even more health and made the Cellar ten times more likely to appear over the Basement and Burning Basement
- Buffed both Haunt and Forsaken since Reddit complained they were too easy
- "Accidentally" made even more rooms, enemies and bosses that are impossible to avoid or damage if you don't have enough speed
- Revival Items now have a 50% Chance to revive into The Lost
- Removed "Something" since people were digging in places they didn't belong in. Guess he wasn't a keeper after all!
- Buffed Mega Satan with the same HP Scaling as Ultra Greed and Hush
- All of the above's Summons now have the same HP Scaling so they aren't so easy to kill in comparison to the boss itself

That's pretty much my assumption. I almost always find that people who bitch about much needed buffs are almost exclusively people who never play the game or that challenge/character/whatever.
Eve buff is fantastic. She's on-par with Cain, Judas, and Samson now. I'd hope for Maggy or Lazarus to get buffed, but seems like those characters are destined to be ignored forever

Maggy is fine, she's the character for people who aren't very good at the game and who don't want to play azazel. Plus them red hearts for devil deals.
I also like laz, just kill yourself for a decent damage buff. Although he's basically a shittier judas. He could use something to make him more interesting at least.

Lost can have Holy Mantle somehow after the patch.
You LITERALLY cannot lose with it. Whenever you lose the mantle, just exit/continue.
