I joined a few weeks ago and I almost immediately regretted it. Chat was full of unironic racism, people talking about how much they hate niggers, fags, jews, etc. Aspergerlord started some meme chant and kept going RACE while everyone else went WAR because it was some kind of guild inside joke or something. Well, I didn't catch on quickly enough and because I didn't join their little chant, they assumed I was, and I quote, a "nigger kek."
Several members literally followed me into Tanaris and found me at the pirate cove and started spamming /say with racist shit. I just didn't reply and pretended they weren't there.
Then came the church shooting and people were LITERALLY celebrating it. Like I don't mean in an ironic fashion, they were saying how "the Roof" was a hero and Aspergerlord mentioned that he's planning a similar massacre at a local Popeyes.
I think the last straw for me was the whole gay marriage thing. I almost considered not logging in because I figured chat would be a hellhole, but I decided against it at the last moment. Big mistake. People were going CRAZY in guild chat, one guy said he bought several guns and plans on going on a shooting spree in San Fran. Another one, I think it was Garthax, said that he's a chemist and wants to bomb a pride parade. Like they weren't even memeing, they were 100% genuine.
I haven't logged on since. They seriously ended my interest in this community. I'm only posting here because I have an Alliance alt with about 150g and the first post ending in 0 gets it if they include their ign.

All the officers including myself voted on the idea, name, and tabard of Damage Control. I was kind of bored of playing and I wasn't going to be the active leader anyways so I said "Whatever, if you want to make it go ahead". The guild failed, it was stupid to split it. That was a lesson we didn't learn, so when Salty Dogs was revived and chat was literally "niggerkek nigger kek kek nigger" all the time, we tried to split it off with Heritage. That was a bad move, admittedly, though people were behind it so I thought it had a chance. After a few days we went back to Salty Dogs, everybody came back, not like we fucked everyone over, there were like 10 people.
I was actually pissed as fuck that everyone was playing on Excalibur. It started with Wambulance playing it I think, and everyone bitched at me for not playing for like a month and a half. "Fuck you Glaston, play with your boyz instead of playing that dead server", etc. I eventually rolled there because Nost is boring with no friends, and played for like 2 days before I realized it was shitty and not worth the effort. We were talking about Wrath a lot, so I decided to roll on GD since it's 14x anyways, and we could get raiding quickly. We raided Naxx and part of Ulduar, then we missed one raid day, then another, so I handed off guild lead to Yarrick since we basically did whatever Sprinklz, Asscobra, and I agreed on. GD guild finally died because we all logged in at different times, and it was like the third time that week we missed a raid.
I came back to Nost, and Salty Dogs was dead as fuck. Like 1 to 2 people online at peak hours dead. I decided to play my Paladin, except Lndi kicked everyone from BnB, so BnA was made. I joined it because Pureblood is a good gamer and he was leading it. He fucked off for like a week or more and Chicken and I decided to just make our own guild so that we could just handle it ourselves. ps im a meme

I think everyone has accepted that no guild Glaston leads is ever going anywhere. For some reason you were the guild lead of a raiding guild (why the fuck would anybody think this a good idea) and decided to hand it over to Yarrick (a mad biased retard who can't make a decision that requires actual brain power, ever. From what I hear Yarrick started being raid lead after some people went MIA a couple of raids, though I have no clue if that's true nor if he actually yielded results in being raid lead. I don't know why Sprinklz or Asscobra were just given guild lead, since they were the ones who raid lead when I played on GD, and I don't know why every time somebody makes a shitty decision the guilds collapse in two seconds because nobody is willing to throw away their ego and help fix them.

Yarrick was the "raid leader" in the sense that he just yelled back what Sprinklz or Asscobra told people to do and read things off wowwiki. The raids probably would have gone much smoother without him honestly, most of the raiders didn't want to play with him and Asscobra/Sprinklz were doing just fine and we were downing bosses pretty routinely under their leadership but of course Yarrick's massive ego just needs to have a piece of the pie so he pretends like he had anything to do with it.

Asscobra wasn't able to make every single raid and Yarrick sperged out about it because he has severe anger issues but ironically he missed more raids than Asscobra.
There were two raids that were missed that Sprinklz was supposed to put up a MOTD for and invite people to on the calendar because he was the one that wanted to do that shit and he neglected to do it. The last raid everybody showed up over an hour late and when we all got online Asscobra wasn't there but was "last online <1 hour ago" so he probably got on and saw nobody was there for the raid and got off. From my knowledge Glaston has his phone number so if it was really that big of a deal he could have texted him or something.

The good thing about Asscobra as a raid/guild leader is he doesn't hesitate to call people out when they're being bad or doing stupid shit or not following mechanics/doing something with their class and that's a very important quality to have. The bad thing is he doesn't stop and shut the fuck up when it's needed so other people can chime in and make calls.
