That program is called JG2_CPL, which is part of the upillu3022 download on uppervolta. It's a fancier card face replacer, which also lets you replace the roster image. The roster image replacer is the main draw of the program, because it lets you have custom roster images while using image editing software to make fancier card faces than normal snowflaking allows.

I ran the CPC to check all the cards I have and then the CPL to start 'editing'.
For some reason it refuses to open some cards without even giving a prompt (especially the ones I want to work on).

I have never used any other programs from that package, but CPL does not work with Extra Slots. You have to ReiEdit the base card to use different values before replacing the card face and roster image.

Anyone had trouble with the HexaOC Snaggletooth in ReiEdit? I didn't use ReiEdit for a while, but I noticed that the characters that usually had the snaggletooth just had the default face 1 and no tooth. This happens on every Snaggletooth + face combination, all the other face mods in HexaOC seem to be working fine.

Make sure you don't have other face files conflicting with those slots. HEXAOC 2.4 is 2 files: jg2e01_00_HEXAOC_A.pp and jg2e01_00_HEXAOC_B.pp. If you have a jg2e01_00_HEXAOC.pp, delete it.
