Does anyone know of a chalice for good fire gems? The chalice in the OP doc is awful. Having to go through defiled pig, defiled Headless BLB and defiled Watchdog just to get a negative 60% weapon durability effect. There has to be a better way.

Experiencing a pretty bad bug in unpatched Bloodborne. Surplus blood vials go to storage, but aren't replenished on death or visiting the dream, and there aren't any in storage.
What can I do to fix this? Besides patching.

Duplicating glitch from unpatched version, if you switched characters or anything it's turning the excess vials into another item
Close the app and restart whenever you're loading a save to make sure you don't accidentally trigger it

If you think that's broken, then you might need to make a pure arcane build. Executioner's glove at 50+ arcane kills the shit out of every boss in the game, and ACB spam at 70+ arcane is the stuff of legends.
Be sure to make blood bullets before casting stuff so you can get 40 uses of glove or 10 uses of ACB off 20 real bullets.

Fair enough, early game arcane is rough due to gem starvation. So is late game arcane with gem farming in the chalices, come to think of it.
Well, if you ever do, try it this way: don't even bother with your weapon. Just use tools and the flamesprayer, and dump everything into arcane. I do mean everything, it's possible to have 99 arcane by level 95 if you don't put points anywhere else, and tool scaling works differently from weapons because they'll continue to get good damage returns up to 99 instead of virtually stopping at 50.
I'm finally deciding to do Chalice dungeons so I can get to the better end game ones. I'm in like layer 3 of the first one or some shit.

You can find 3 rocks in chests in CDs. One in each type. If you need more rocks you can farm depth 5 bosses. Layer 3 and 4, depth 5 bosses drop rocks occasionally, not sure about earlier ones.

What monsters drop good elemental games? I have unlocked all the chalices. The OP guides want me to kill hard bosses but I know normal monsters can drop amazing gems too. I have seen anons here with 23% fire, Add 15 fire atk gems. Same with bolt and Arcane. I think Madman was one of them but they only drop strike gems for me.

Keeper NPC's can drop bolt/fire/arcane radials up to +23.1% with a secondary +15 flat. It'll take a good deal of farming to get those, though. Brainsuckers can drop +%arc/+flat arc. Radials in Pthum are extremely rare, but triangles in Isz are reasonably common. Like maybe 10% of the +flat arc gems you get will have +%arc as well. Watchers in Isz can drop 27.2% bolt/fire/arcane.
Farming gems for arcane blows fucking chunks, though. Almost everything has a higher chance to drop +%physical than +%fire/bolt/arc. At least you've got hat 430 discovery with 3x Eye Runes.
