Lancelot even with his ability to disguise can only disguise himself physically; he can't hide other factors like intuition, instinct, or ability to detect malice against him.
Mata Hari disguises all factors by making herself feel like a non-target, she feels like a friend, thus the enemy does not think of her as an enemy ever unless they were warned before.
Its not hard to see how these are different that come with their own niche. Lancelot's disguise will not fool sixth sense, but Mata Hari's will. However if all you need is to disguise physically and no other factors, this is still fine.

The only point that Saber had on her favor was Instinct. Kuzuki might be able to get one hit in but after that he is fucked. And Semiramis has those over Lanc even before her NP.
We're in a particular instance where absolutes clash, with the catch that in this situation the scales will always tip in favor of Semiramis. If Lancelot wants to win this battle, trying to steal the NP is not the way to go as that'll only deplete his mana reserves.

God Hand is a learning defense that gets powerful against the same method that defeated it before.
Beyond that, Herakles has Battle Continuation and A rank endurance, and yet further he has Eye of the Mind (False) to see through the opponent's attacks even while mad. He is difficult to put down even a single time. And while something "can" work more than once, it needs to be much, much stronger to work a second time. Since the only NPs ever shown to get throttled like that are Excalibur and Enuma Elish, it's a meager point.
