What mods do you hope to see for Fallout 4?
Mostly I want reloading benches to be added back in, possibly even other ammo types like New Vegas had and hopefully something that adds DT to armor, because Fallout 3 had only DR, and New Vegas had only DT, while the earlier games had DT and DR,also AC but then adding that into Fallout 4 would give us the Morrowind dilemma of if chance to hit and arbitrary dodge chance really have a place in a real time first person game
I've seen mods that add DT to the power armor of Fallout 3 and make them impervious to most small arms fire, making them an actual threat to fight.
If it's not in the base game I would like to see the protection of armor localized to only the areas it's actually equipped on instead of stacking up to a total DR rating, like leg armor only protects your legs, a helmet only protects your head.
I've seen that done in a way for New Vegas where your head only got the DT benefit of your hat and/or glasses/facemask, or general DT granting perks, and then stuff that protected your head didn't contribute to your body's DT.
I think that would be a better way of utilizing the new layered armor system.
What mods would you like to see made? When we finally get the fucking creation kit, why do they keep that shit on a time lock?

Quick question, can someone test how bobbleheads work with special increases?
For example, get a 9 perception character and then pick up the bobblehead early on, does your special just get boosted to 10 or is it a secondary boost that doesn't directly affect your special number? Can you still level and and get your 10th special point? And then starting with 10 perception, does getting the bobblehead get you 11 special, or just ten still with the effects of 11? Or does it not do anything? I saw a rumour that getting a bobblehead when you have 10 in a stat already just gives you an extra perk point?
Also, does anyone know if the Solar Power perk/bobblehead stack with the power armour strength boost? E.g., 11 strength with PA plus 2 from solar power plus 1 from the bobblehead = 14 total? Or just the 11+2? Or even just 11?
Finally, say I want to use mainly melee gear, but also the broadsider and the railway rifle, do I need to stack all the rifle+heavy gun boosts to get anything out of them? I was likely going to do heavy guns anyway, but I don't want to pump five levels in to one gun.
Finally, does intimidation and the like work with melee weapons, since you don't really 'aim' them?

is there any way to build a wall around your place that doesn't have tiny gaps in it everywhere? because I have been trying to make a wall around the red rocket place and it looks like ass
am I just doing it wrong or something?
