It's not a bad personality, but it just doesn't work in the Neptunia series.
The other characters' traits are as flat as a cutting board as well, but for some reason, it's not as bland as Nepgear.

Uni is a carbon copy of her sister in both design and personality, if you give Noire issues of being unable to please her parents no matter how hard she tries.
Aside from her love of guns, which is her only defining trait, just like Nepgear's love of mechs.
They did try to flesh her out in RB3 because of Tekken's masochistic "training", but that immediately fell.

I am seriously butthurt right now. My toaster's a i7 2600k @4.5GHz and the card's a HD 7970, the same as R9 280x. Playing it at 3440x1440 on my $1000 display that is running at 80Hz require editing Fallout4Prefs.ini, which is the same shit as what I have to go through to play all prior Gamebryo games.
