Looks good, got all the necessary skills to make the game easy.
Don't bother putting too many points into sawing.
Basic is fine to get you through everything in every map as long as you keep one of those ammo bags for yourself.
Unless you have a hard-on for a specific primary and you want your saw in your secondary slot.

At the very start? Invest more into Tech. While at the lower tiers Enforcer has more immediately useful skills, boosting Tech will make it quicker to get to Bulletproof and Shaped Charges.

The anon asked which tree he should fill first. Obviously he's going full Techforcer once he has the levels but before that it's a choice between ICTV, saw, ammo bags plus stuff like Stun Resistance and drill skills, C4 and BP. ICTV is strictly better than plain BP, saw is about as useful as C4 and every other Techforcer already brings drill skills.
If and when it's a choice between the two, Enforcer is better.

The biggest difference is that combat doctor isn't aced and you lost bullseye.
You should be able to manage with four charges even if no one else brings medic bags, and hostage taker will more than compensate for the lost defense from bullseye

Usually not. It just causes the taser effect to self-terminate after a while, that usually happens on its own anyway.

If you have spare points, shockproof is decent insurance against tasers.
It'll apply a melee hit with guaranteed knockdown after a random interval, and it'll ensure you won't get fully incapacitated.

Flamethrower suppresses cops as well with the burning animation, albeit at a much shorter range. But it still mows down regular cops absurdly quickly, the only problem is if a tazer tags you out of the range of the flames. The flamethrower also outright stops cloakers from charging you if you hold the jet on them.
As for winters, pack a Rocket Launcher. I'm not sure if you can get low enough concealment for LBSB, even if you ace it.

It's the opposite, in fact.
The flamethrower survives off of ammo pickups, so nerfing the damage for extra ammo isn't worth it, since it doesn't affect the pickup-rate at all.
You're better off prioritizing damage, and using the stat-boosting skin will make it even better.

The saw is an automatic weapon with a ROF, it always takes two "bullets" to open a box, mods or not. Berserker, Overkill and possibly some perk decks make it open the boxes with one click but post-patch the +damage mods are useless.

I plan on using the JP36, DMR'd AMR-16, and WA2000 with a pistol secondary and the LBV. I have just enough concealment to hit 23 for maximum LBSB.
But my question is.
Should I go up the Mastermind tree for +25% Rifle Reload Speed, +50% Pistol Reload Speed, and Inspire Ace.
Or should I go up the Ghost tree for Silent Killer Ace, The Professional Ace, and have some points leftover for some cheap skills like Stun Res?

See, that's the thing I have a hard time seeing.
Everyone says Inspire, but, when I think about it, it's only used if someone goes down and it's most handy when the nearby area is hot. However, it can revive people through walls, which is great.
But the Silencer skills are a straight upgrade to every applicable weapon's damage, accuracy, stability, and it can do bodyshots on tans. It's always active whenever you fire your gun.

A single person going down and then everyone else going to save him and going down in a domino effect loses missions. Silent killer isn't useful for every weapon or setup since it's about hitting damage breakpoints and not just increasing your damage.

Most weapons with ammo pickup disabled now get ammo from pickups. Minigun included. If the wiki is correct and updated, then it'll get 3.15 to 4.73 rounds per pickup.
Minigun is still niche but it's better than it used to be, just make sure to crouch and ADS for maximum accuracy. I wish it had the movement penalty still so Overkill can justify skyrocketing it's stats into a real cannon.

Don't focus too much on the Flamethrower stats, you'll soon find out it has absolute no recoil and is more accurate for medium ranges unlike the Minigun where it can be a mess to predict where your bullets will land. Always pick the damage mods for the flamethrower, the slower you'll have to reload, the better you'll be.
