The one I had in the other thread at >>121763552 is a late high rank set. Literally a step away from g-rank. Without the waist, and with no jewels, it gives Honed Blade right off the bat.
With a two slot weapon, I gemmed in Speed Sharpener.
With a talisman and the g-rank obituary waist, I gemmed in Status Atk +2, but if you can live without Speed Sharpener you can use those slots for something else, and the waist / talisman are interchangeable for other skills.
You can use Ukanlos waist instead of ukanlos gauntlets if there's good gauntlets for clownsuiting, but it doesn't look as good.
