Not by a long shot, Gil is by far the most OP servant especially after the crit buff and Waverly is arguably second. Alter is just the the best 4 star, and she's actually a lot better than some 5 stars

She's 200~ under Waver and Tamamo.
She still does more damage than them due to Class damage multiplier. (Casters does 0.90x while Saber does 1.00x)

Her NP is better than Arturia's. 50% better, after Arturia's Interlude. Arturia does gain more meter back from her's, however. Doesn't change that Alter's skills and passives and capped level stats are worse though, so when the chips are down, Arturia is still the better choice, unless you can somehow manage to Morgan every single enemy wave.
Alter is still the undisputed king of 4* though. No one else is even close.

My guess is that it would summon a new one, after all the one that's there is basically just a familiar that you yourself summoned. Who knows if the counter force would even recognize him as a CG. Seeing the HGW thing on discord, I am thinking of making one as well, with different methods though. I have a few years of D&D gamemastering to draw from if that is worth anything at al.
Essentially, I would look over creation of everything, present the premise, location and important NPCs if any and then let each player give me a detail of what they do that day.
If any of them meet or seek each other out, I take them to a new server where only they are. If someone is secretly looking I will paste the content of the events to them in secret. If they are discovered, they have to join the server so the observed people know they are watching.
For specific things such as combat, I would have players give me a run-down of their instructions for the servant and their own actions, then check the opponents instructions and decide the outcome with rolls.
I will restrict summoning to servants for which the player can supply a catalyst, which in turn needs a reasonable and believable backstory in how the player has procured this item.
Anyone interested in this?
I am a NEET so I have plenty of time to run something like that.
With this format, there would be no fixed "play" times either. The game will run on <location standard time> in real time and when you are not playing you are simply on standby, hiding or otherwise staying out of events. However, if I sense you are abusing this you will be penalized in some way.
