Novus/Fluffy/Acernis were based off Astral's source, which Crystal also used. Two of Crystal's admins were actually professional programmers (and anyone who plays that server knew how buggy it was despite the best efforts of the admins), so unless Dawnveil's admins happen to be even better programmers, the server is going to flop.
The reason that there's very few "super coder teams" for maple is because anyone with the expertise to make a functioning server can make much more money selling mesos on Ellinia/Extalia (and of course, getting a real job)

You have to do some extra work, namely if you make a new character, you have to stay until you face an elite boss. when it dies, you auto loot the box and put it on a hotkey, say 'A'. then you auto spam that key every 30 seconds, after that, it's fully automated.
