Working with my writer, we've encountered a bit of a dilemma. The more customization available, the more complicated scenes get, needing multiple variations depending on what your char is like.
This means that by having a more set-in-stone character for the player, we can add a -lot- more scenes, places, and things to do.

But as an example, many NPCs will then need to be setup with preferences and conditions, and sections in those scenes may need to be swapped or cut. Problem with having an uncustomizable character is you get less variety, which generally means less interesting character attributes too. I agree with >>121519030 that the CoC method is pretty solid for a lot of things (i.e. tweak scenes based on character attributes and lock off scenes based on an attribute that's necessary for them). It also creates replayability.
Content is content though. What really matters is whether you want to make more very specific character content or more content that's spread over a lot of different types of characters.

Uh, I barely remember, but afaik those are the basic requirements to even start the event. When you select a "special request" and click the purple button it shows you what skill are needed to start the event (which are the same as the "clearing condition" in your list).
I didn't bother too much with physical/mental condition desu, I'm sure it effects something (like her slave rank and status or what grade she gets for the special requests), but I don't think you need to actually pay attention to any of that.
Just make sure that during training you don't go into negative stamina or will, or else she needs to rest/can only do limited actions the next day
