Well black friday is on the 27th I think so it should be close to that time. Some retailers normally announce their prices about a week beforehand while others don't. It's really up to the retailers though, Sony will provide the bundles and then places like Amazon will slap their own price on it whenever.

There aren't. The difference is that there are less high end Japanese games because there are fewer Japanese publishers that can accomodate large scale projects relative to the era.

Asking someone to "name five things that I approve of that aren't Bloodborne" isn't going to go anywhere for extremely obvious reasons.
I personally think that the Japanese support for PS4 is quite strong, certainly far more than the PS3 saw at this point in its life, but I do understand the frustration with the fewer AAA Japanese games and how this means fewer Japanese games early on. I almost wish Japan adopted the western style of having multiple studios make different games in a series. For Final Fantasy for instance, this would be ideal. While Tabata and his crew is working on FFXV, have another team start making FF16 and then you can release FF16 just a year or two after FFXV. And after FF16, you have Tabata's team back with another FF game. Just a year or two wait between each FF game.
It surprises me SE hasn't done this by now. They make so much money on FF and each FF is independent of the other they can do this and lose nothing.

Activision has 3 devs working on CoD. Used to take 2 years to make a game, so Infinity Ward and Treyarch rotated. They added a Sledgehammer so they can keep releasing a cod every year. Even killed Neversoft and merged them with Infinity War.

It's an awkward issue that ultimately I'd rather them not directly align themselves with the standards of Activision, Ubisoft and such for. A big part of why Ubi and Acti can do that is heavy reuse of assets (among other things) which is kind of antithetic to mainline FF where each is very different.
I'm not even actively against reusing assets for the most part, a lot of my favourite series only manage semi-regular releases because of it and I quite enjoyedLightning Returns. But it's definitely not the route mainline FF should go down.
