Please note that the seeds are from Rebirth, and don't work in Afterbirth anymore.
1. Isaac must die to a Mulliboom in one of the Basement floors. Mulliboom seed: FHRD S1N1 (Go into the large room above the starting room. You can easily die from full health in here to them.) Or if not: JTMD EZPF (one is directly below - Normal difficulty)
2. Magdalene must die to her own bomb in one of the Caves floors. (Pyro Seed: ALFA 0NTZ)
3. Judas must die to Mom's Foot as Judas in one of the Depths or Necropolis floors. Good Seed: 8LDE 8XDX (Wait on using the Joker till the 3rd floor and avoid the devil rooms and you'll get the sacred heart. You also get the Sad Onion on the first floor.
4. Azazel must die to Satan in Sheol (his blood/laser form or hooves, NOT leeches or The Fallen). You must NOT use a seed.

Spectral tears and the D4 help a great deal, actually, but if you don't get good items by a certain point you're still fucked, and can get fucked at any time thanks to tiny boss rooms. The Lost just isn't fun, it's a grind away until the RNG decides to allow you to have a nice item combination character. How many people actually keep using him once they've got all his unlocks? By the time you get them, you never want to even look at that fucker again.

no gawned leaf, I had the dead cat (only had like 5 lives left though) + holy mante. I found a chaos card in a super secret room and I saved it for hush. took me like 2 days doing lost runs to beat this guy. my problem was getting there in time because most of my safe builds were slow.
you have to make sure you know the direction it's shooting at and find a safe spot.
I can easily dodge the interdimensional bullets but he always hits me at least once when he does the eye beams + red bullets combo.

Managed to do it, skipped Womb 1 with Ehwaz and got a vision rune on Womb 2, curse of the labyrinth threw me next to the boss room. I've used up all my RNG for the next 300 runs I think.
Is there a Greed transformation? I feel like Head of the Keeper is too shit to be an actual standalone item. I got it on Lilith and had 4 babies, rarely if ever saw a coin dropped.

Same guy, I found it. I just redownloaded the same patch. My only assumption to why it wasnt working is probably the guy had the links switched or something, so it directed me to a previous patch. Everything's showing numbers now. Just redownload it if you have the problem.

Well in greed mode atleast, because it's easy to get batteries from the store, you can just not pick up any of the coins then use it, you'll probably get a few chests which will increase the number of items, get 5 coins to buy a new battery and keep repeating.
Eventually you'll start to snowball and you'll have a golden key letting you get free chest unlocks, a shit load of 2 of diamond cards, 99 coins, 99 keys, 99 bombs etc. etc.
